Dealership did not disclose obvious issues with the vehicle, even after speaking with the owner in detail about any issues the car had.Upon receiving vehicle the cars A/C did not work which is something that is obvious and he should have disclosed. In addition, the vehicles transmission is in very bad condition, again something that any driver of the vehicle would have noticed and easily disclosed when discussing vehicle condition.Instead, the owner tried selling the car as if it was something he drove on a daily basis which if he did would have obviously been able to see that the transmission and A/C did not work.

    Hello,

I had informed the dealership via email on the 28th of December and was notified via email that they were out on vacation til the 1st of January.

Upon the 6th of January given that I had not heard anything from them I decided to file the complaint. They finally reached out to me which is what I intended out of the complaint.

I'm ready to drop the complaint as I am pleased that they finally reached out.

Mr. ******* contracted this $5,500.00 Mercedes C220 on December 12, 2024. We spoke at length to Mr. ******* about the condition of the vehicle which had been our company car for the last 3 years, driven often by our two mechanics, our truck drivers, and ourselves. The car was well-maintained, and drove extremely well, but had some cosmetic issues which we were very open with Mr. ******* about. We discounted the vehicle $1000 for him and wet-sanded the car on his behalf at our expense in order to improve it for him. The car was picked up on December 18 without any discernible mechanical issues. It was delivered on December 20, at which point Mr. ******* reached out to inquire about the title, but did not mention any dissatisfaction with the car whatsoever. On December 28, 8 days after receiving the vehicle, Mr. ******* sent two rather nasty e-mails to ********************************** about the car. Ms. ********************** was out of the country and unable to receive any of her e-mails and had an automatic out of office message on that asked for those with issues to reach out to Mr. **** ********************** immediately. Mr. ********************** never received any phone calls or e-mails from Mr. ******** The next day, Mr. ******* sent another e-mail to Ms. ********************** stating "Not to worry about it" he realized he should have gotten the car inspected, and asked the be kept abreast on when he would receive the title.

On January 6, Ms. ********************** returned to her desk and was working her way through the 120 e-mails sent while she was away when she received a notification from ****** showing an unfavorable review from Mr. ******* in which he called **** "slimey" and "willing to do anything just to sell a car", it was only then that the e-mails from the week before were found. Immediately she responded, and **** called and texted. Mr. ******* continued to criticize ******* for not getting back to him, while he made no effort to reach out to ****. Mr. ******* still has not spoken to **** one single time, and continues to e-mail ******* on the issue, even after she stated she would again be out of the office and he needed to call ****. Frazier Motorcar Company offered over the voicemail, over text, and over e-mail to purchase the car back. Mr. ******* deleted his original review on ******, and upon being offered the full refund of the car, he instead suggested that Frazier Motorcar Company purchase an AC compressor. Frazier Motorcar Company still has not received any proof of the said issues, and are still unsure if the car does indeed have a bad AC compressor or just needs an AC recharge, so this was not an option.

As of this writing, Mr. ******* STILL has not returned our phone calls, still has not shown any proof of the issues that were not present to anyone in our offices, including our two mechanics, the entire time it was here, and yet continues to slander our name and our business. We are happily purchasing the car back, but are also seeking legal counsel for online slander in this matter.
