    I have dealt with Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for almost 10 years, and have traded with them several times. They have also done almost all of our maintenance work. I have not had any problems with their sales, management, or service department.
    Would definitely go back, and or send my family or friends.

    Most dishonest service dept i have ever had to deal with. Couldnt fix my vehicle rear camera unless i paid them 3000 to put in a new headlight. Took to to local repair shop and fixed for less than 200 and didnt have to replace headlight. While they sere trying to fix it they broke 2 switches and the trim and also the rear hatch leaks where they tried to run new wires... they said that all that stuff was broken when i brought it in. I wouldnt take anything there to be repaired!

    During the purchase process of a 2022 Laramie 2500 Cummings 6.7 I was promised and on contract that they would fix the dent in the back bed of the truck. Took it in to get fixed and it wasn't fixed, called back and asked why, I even sent photos and was told that it can't be fixed. I advised it was promised to be fixed and now they won't, the statement I got was it's a used truck "get over it". Promise is a promise and it's a shame they don't honor their promises. The only way to resolve this is to fully refund me all cost of this vehicle and I will return and do business with someone else.
