    They let a tab run for 14 months, assuring me at each visit that my insurance covered everything. Then I got an itemized bill going back 14 months and a threat of having my "outstanding bill" turned over to a collection agency. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

    The doctors themselves are just fine. My complaint is with the eye glass preparation ...specifically a lense issue. I ordered transitions on my lenses but what they neglected to tell me is that in a trifocal, then lenses will barely darken at all. This is a deceptive practice, I should have been told on ordering that the requested transition would not work well. That they would work only on progressive lenses. I will be going else where from now on.
