    Terrible customer service. Called several times over them not picking up our garbage, canceled service over it. then over a year later called stating I have a bill even though they never picked up my garbage. I let them know I have security cameras showing them picking up my neighbors garbage and not mine and then they changed there story to more lies.

    Used them for quite some time and been happy with their service until today. I use bill pay and their bill was being automatically paid every month and OVERPAID by $* per month for the last 16 months totaling $64 overpayment. I was sending them the extra ** per month because they were below the others and gave good service. That all changed today. I got a bill saying call the office yesterday so I did. They said they didn't get a payment for March so I called the bank and they had sent the payment on 3/19 but the check had not cleared, so thinking it had been lost in the mail I stopped payment and issued another check. I called them back and gave them the check number and said if it shows up don't deposit it another one is on the way. Well to make a long story short, today I discover they had the check and deposited it and when I called today they put me on the phone with the "manager" and she informs me that if the check gets returned I will have to pay the *** bank fee and if I refuse she will take me to court. I wouldn't have stopped paym*** ** **** ****** **** ** **** ****** **** *** ***** ***** *** **** *** *** ** ** **** ****** ********* **** ******** ********** ***** ******** *** doesn't count. Obviously this "manager" isn't the brightest bulb in the box because she has just cost Carl a customer who overpays her bill every month!!

    I think they take money and don't provide a service and the manager is full of crap. She has no idea what she is talking about makes up whatever lie she feels like telling accepted money from *** ********* **. Made us pay the neighbors bill and still no service.

    Read their Google Reviews and beware! They will charge you for services and then not provide said service. 4x in the last year they have not picked up my trash. Each time I called it takes them almost a week to come out. Each time it is a different excuse, road was blocked when all my neighbors got their trash picked up that week, driver missed pick up, etc. Only today and Only today did they say my driveway was blocked and therefore they couldn’t get their truck up my driveway, and since this was a recurring problem that I would have to take my trash to the end of the driveway if I wanted continued service from them. I have photos that show my driveway was NOT blocked and a truck could have pulled into my driveway. Not to mention I was home and if the driver had difficulties navigating my driveway, he could have notified me. Not to mention why is today THE ONLY TIME that I have been notified that my driveway was blocked. The woman on the phone that I spoke was VERY RUDE, CONDESCENDING, BELITTLING, UNPROFESSIONAL and hung up the phone on me twice! They refuse to give me my money back for the remaining two trash pickups I am owed. Stay away from this company as they will only steal your money and refuse to provide service!
