      Twice a week, My roomates and I visit the Carrollton, GA location, WE received the usual e-mail stating the garden bar was $6.99. One of the ladies that goes with us is 80 years old She asked how much was it to add soup, The server never gave her an answer, till she wanted a refill, then was told it would be the regular price of $13.99. When she asked for the manager a young kid came and basically said she should have known the pricing, Then Tyler came and said you'll pay pricing or go to jail, he called the police to lock me up just because his employees don't know the pricing. Final bill was $7.99, not $6,99, for me and the elderly lady was charge $13.99 . I think this store is crooked, my opinion!, they charge you what want or you go to jail WOW

      Should be -0 , My husband and I ate at the Lebanon Tn RT. Their was spiderwebs on the booth seats and food everywhere on the booth seats. I was shocked how filthy the window seals the floor, other booths with spiderwebs and food crumbs on many of the booths and chairs, and tables. They do not clean seating. The waitress brought a towel over but my husband cleaned the side he was sitting. The table was sticky. The chairs are ruined with stains and age. For the most part it is disgusting and my family and I will never eat there again. I'm praying we don't get food poisoning. I considered it carefully on what could make me sick so I chose Mozzarella sticks only. Close it down!!

      I do appreciate Ruby Tuesday reaching out and sending us a 40.00 coupon. The issue is that we will not go anytime soon, if ever in Lebanon Tn. Thanks but no thanks. The manager Nicole said she's working the managers position and cook. Evidently when she's in the back no one works and follows directions. If it was cleaned from back to front I may consider eating there. Till then maybe it'll be cleared out and disinfected as everything should have been done in the first place.

      Most horrible experience I have ever had. On X-XX-XX on the way home from Myrtle Beach , I tried to place a pick-up order for 5pm at the Asheville, NC. location. The person I tried to place order with was supposedly the Manager, Christina. When I told her I would be using the Spintuewin coupon and wanted to make 3 different orders for 3 people who each had a coupon she went nuts. After several attempts to explain something she just seemed to refuse to understand , she said I was being rude and she could not take my order and hung up. Called back and tried to tell her I only want to make pick-up order and the again stated she would not take my order and hung up. Called again and was told she had called police and reported me for harassment. Seriously, this is how Ruby Tuesday at that location treats customers. I had no problem ordering at the Florence,SC. Location on the way to the beach. If Ruby Tuesdays didn't want to honor the coupons they should not have had the promotion. Will never again eat at any of their location. Slowly but surely Managers and employees, like are at that location , will put Ruby a Tuesday out of business. Ruby Tuesday apparently does not understand how they make money and stay in business. Really pathetic. Tried several times to reach out to customer service and all I get is ,we will have a member of the local leadership get in touch. Have not been contacted as I write this review. Only reason I give 1 star is because I can't give negative stars. Old saying goes make a customer happy ,they may tell a few people about it but make one mad they will tell everyone they know, guess which I will be? Ruby Tuesdays just celebrated 50 years of being in business. The first location in Knoxville has been closed for sometime and the rest of the locations will soon follow.

      0 stars for the Springfield, MO location but it makes you choose at least 1 star. The entire staff was useless in handling my situation. I requested a beverage specifically saying easy on the ice. They brought me back a beverage that consisted of nothing but ice. Yes, I did drink it but why bring me a drink when you know I already said easy on the ice. I asked for an explanation as to why and received a a half *** response by a new server named Erin or Aaron. The manager didn't even come to speak with me about my complaint. It also took 30 minutes for the food to come out. They use to have a location in the mall as well in Springfield, MO and the customer service was crappy there too...maybe that's why they're no longer there. I don't expect this situation to be made good. I will tell everyone I know to avoid the Ruby Tuesday brand at all cost due to the service I received. I at least expected to be credited or discounted for the beverage and they couldn't even do that. To make matters worst, the server left before even collecting our tab. The rest of the staff were visiblely annoyed with her leaving. It just seemed like a situation that could've been avoided. I'm sure there won't be any locations in Springfield shortly. Oh yeah, the food wasn't even that good...it was warm by the time it got to our table.

      I had a interview that went well they told me to call back on wendsday I did so then . Told me to call back again . Then told me I was hired then called back told me I was not hired . Total incompetence!!! Screw ball manager in brewer Maine is a fail !!!!with the management!!!!. I gave them a piece of my mind via text . I hope they are not doing this to other people looking for work what a disgrace of the human race.I had my own business for twenty years . I never made that mistake . How could you .
