      My wife and I went to dinner at the Evans, GA location on 5/30/2025. Our server was amazing, but it took 30 minutes for our appetizer to come and an hour for my sandwich to come out. About 45 minutes in, we asked the waitress for the sandwich to go and a dessert to go. Our dessert, which was prepared by the server, was ready before the sandwich! We felt so bad for her. Anyway, we did complain about the kitchen to the manager and complimented our server. Tipped 25%, total bill was $83 and change. Woke up this morning to find that the final charge from the restaurant was $96. Called the restaurant and drove over to speak with the manager, who called the district manager since they couldn’t do the refund in house. The district manager said he’d refund the $13, but “no way in hell am I refunding the whole bill.” Ummmmm, it was a bad experience to begin with; then you overcharged us, we had to take time out of our day to deal with it, and now you’re refusing to make it right! We will be disputing the charge with our bank, but it’s pretty messed up that Ruby Tuesday’s wouldn’t do anything to make our already bad experience any better.

      My husband and myself and mother in law went to dinner at the Ruby Tuesday in Orange Park FL on 4/02/25. We had heard the party behind us had trouble paying their bill with handheld point of sale terminal, it didn’t work. When it was our turn to pay our bill, the waiter brought the terminal to my husband and he attempted to pay the bill but the terminal didn’t work and the waiter said “Oh I am sorry this one isn’t working. Why would you continue to use a device that’s not working. My husband asked the waiter that didn’t charge me, did it? The waiter said No sir I’m sure it didn’t . The waiter brought a different payment terminal and we finished paying and left. Today 4/3/25 I check my bank account and I see 2 charges that cleared from my checking account for the same amount, from Ruby Tuesday. My husband gets on the phone and called Ruby Tuesday, and spoke with the Manager on duty, he explained the reason for calling and she stated they do not give refunds, But she can issue him credit for future dinning. Well in this case the issue wasn’t about food so NO I don’t want any credit for food I want my money that Ruby Tuesday in Orange Park FL charged my account twice for. Thank you

      On March 08 2025 I left a complaint with Ruby’s online system about my horrible experience and how I wanted a refund. I then again had to reach out via email after not hearing back. Now I am still waiting for a refund almost a month later. I have half a mind to file legally civil suit over it just to prove my point but it’ll be more than a refund I’ll want then!

      I have not received my refund for this order yet which is what I spoke to management with on 4/19 Where he offered me a free meal up to $60 Because he couldn’t refund my meal and said that’s corporate would have to since it was on app. I don’t want free meal I want my refund. I actually don’t believe I am even going to return at all.

      Today, January 5, 2025, seven of us, who happen to be on limited incomes, went to the Ruby Tuesday restaurant for lunch. I was the only one who had looked up the special for today on the internet which was the salad bar at $7.99. Six of us ordered the salad bar. I left early and left $10 which I believed was sufficient. I, and all the others were then charged $12.99 per person for the salad bar. When I called to question this fact tonight I was told by Nathan, at Ruby Tuesday, that you have to be in the Rewards Club or have looked it up on the internet AND asked for the special price. The list of specials was not shared in writing or verbally. I believe this practice is very wrong and deceptive. Nowhere does it say you must ask for the specials" price. There are certainly people who don't have access to the internet or know to ask for a special price. Businesses in Maine seem to be doing this now as I frequented another chain of restaurants who have a similar practice. It's just not right.

      I order online…I paid and tipped as well. The waitress was rude and nasty so I canceled my order. I did not receive my order along with 2 other orders I was there to pick up. She said she will have to get her manager. The manger would not refund our money after we refused the food. I do not want food from rude employees.

      I visited Ruby Tuesday on Sunday I had a coupon buy one entree get next one $3 equals or lesser the server was very rude and frustrated cause of being short handed I was passed over 3 times before placing my order and when she handed me my receipt I kindly told her this is not right she got really upset I ask for the manager and she wasn’t any better she rudely ask was I getting the food or not cause she needs to get back to cooking and her response was it it what it is . I never been belittle like that before and something needs to be done I should’ve never been the target of the business being short staffed

      Placed an order with Ruby Tuesday for 3 different items, 1 of the item was a Bacon Cheeseburger*

      The burger wasn’t cooked and in addition they forgot the fries. Tried calling for a manager and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back but they hung up on me then the phone just rung.

      Ordered the following from Ruby Tuesday in Calhoun ga Hickory Bourbon Salmon
      Rice Pilaf• Loaded Baked Potato dinner with • Extra Cheddar Cheese • Extra Bacon Pieces • Extra Sour Cream via DoorDash . Upon receiving my order Ruby Tuesday in Calhoun sent me overcooked dry salmon a scoop of rice that look like some throwed it in plate and left out my loaded baked potato. Upon calling local location individual that answered was rude and extremely nasty. I spent $25+ dollars to receive not only missing items and terrible food but also nasty poor customer service

      I received an email from Ruby Tuesday that stated buy a $50 gift card, receive a $25 gift card, in addition. When I purchased it on Dec. 2, it was through a link to a place called CardStar. I still have not received the gift cards I paid for and customer service says the email with my cards got sent back, which is a lie. I am a 4 time a month patron of Ruby Tuesdays but after this experience, I might just be done. Please refund me my money if you aren't going to give me what I paid for. This is the worst online gift card purchase experience I have ever had.

      I have also contacted corporate via the website and no response.

      CardStar sent me a $50 refund and a day later, sent me hr gift cards which I assume for free for my inconvenience. Matter is closed but I will never purchase gift cards again from this business. I never got a call or email from Ruby Tuesday.

      Placed a pick up order online. Attached is the receipt. Part of the order was missing and the steak had a huge blob of fat in the center of it. Called manager, he put me on hold then hung up on me. I would like a refund and $8.50 for the gas wasted to go pick it up.
