    The following order was placed. Ive tried to email the company, but the email is invalid. I have also tried to call the contact number. One rings busy and the other is straight to voicemail that is full. I was charged the $75.     I ordered plants June 19, 2023 for delivery in September 2023. (this may seem odd, but it actually quite common to order plants in the spring for fall delivery.) I paid in full in June, including the delivery fee of $9-- $49.50 total. I have tried to reach the seller through the three phone numbers and two emails given on their web site and invoices (tried many times --on numerous dates). One phone number is continuously busy. The other phone number goes to a voice mail that is always full. Neither email address has resulted in any response (sent several times).This appears to be a scam. There are some positive reviews (could be real or could be fabricated), but also many negative reviews and reports by other scammed customers. See Better Business Bureau reports from other customers and ****'s Garden reviews ********************************************** . ( At the time I ordered, I had not done the research --so, I did not know this when I ordered).Ideally, I would like delivery of the plants I ordered. If that is not possible, I would like a full refund. I also hope that BBB will investigate and restrict scamming activities of this seller. I will know better next time -- but please protect other buyers!Thank you for your time and attention.--*******************

    I placed an order with bluffviewnursery in the amount of ***** on May 13th. I received a confirmation email acknowledging my order and my account was charged ***** for the plants I ordered. After 10 days I still did not receive any shipping information. I tried to call and one number was out of service, another rang busy every time I tried it. I have sent two emails to ***************************** and still have not received any reply. As of today I still have no updated order information and still have not received the plants I ordered.

    An order was placed online at ************************************ on March 14, 2023. An email confirmation was received the same day. Order number was yhst-***************-****. The items ordered were never received. I have had no response to several emails to the nursery. *******************************
