    I placed another order through your wed (6/31/19) site thinking it would go though, but I have not received and feel I have been beyond patience. For Vinca plants, worm castings and ginger plants. Payed with ****** transaction ID ***************** for the amount of $116.50. I emailed ********************* (3/3/20) about the discrepancy with no response. I liked your prices and felt a promise of care behind your reviews and stood out to be better than your competitors. I feel I'm being played and just need a refund again please. Bluffviewnursery

    Scam! It's been over a year and I never received anything. I was immediately charged, even though they said they would only do that once they processed the order. Lost my money.

    I placed an order on 4/16/23 and have not received my order. I have sent an email and tried to call but no response. It appears this is not a legitimate business and needs to be reported to the state attorney general.

    This guy got off with $46.00 of my hard-earned money and no plants ever showed up. Tried phoning him numerous times at all his phone numbers. Always got busy signals. Emailed him at two different addresses but never got responses. Did some research and found this site. He seems to have several names, Todd ******. Todd W *******, Todd R P******, etc. Read this and make better decisions than I did. I really don’t think a star is appropriate.

    On March 16 2022 I placed an order for $31.50 plus $9.00 shipping for plants from Bluffview Nursery, on the website "Todd's Native Plants." I received a confirmation email, and my ****** and Bank accounts were charged. I have not received the plants. I have called the listed phone# many times, always getting a busy signal. I have sent several emails and sent messages from the website "contact us" form, without response.
    I waited, thinking the plants would arrive in late spring or summer for best planting time, but I received no shipping notice, and they never arrived.
    I am giving one star, only because the system won't let me leave no stars at all.
    I would like a refund.

    I bought ferns on **** for my daughters wedding. Planted as soon as arrived, but they did not come up in the spring along the path she was to walk down for her nuptials. Of course, this exceeded the 100 day window, and I reached out to get help from them and my messages were completely ignored.

    I had to get ferns elsewhere and was out the $ with absolutely no customer service or response from the seller. A very shifty operation, don't throw your money away since it will be too late to review on **** or get your money back by the time you realize the plants are defective.
