1 starI opened an account with Grid Money App which Evolve Bank & Trust partner with for online banking. They have been in arbitration or whatever for close to a year if not more. I reached out to them per Grid and the guy on the line laughed at me for asking to speak to someone about the situation with releasing my funds. He confirmed that they have my information, but nothing on my file and they simply filed a dispute on my behalf because I kept reaching out and not because they felt I deserved my money back. I have since reached out to **** where they insist they are still in court with them for mismanagement of funds.Review fromDavid K

1 starThis is a bank of scammers, fraudsters, and crooks. I caution anyone and everyone to NEVER give them your money. I lost my life savings to this "bank" through Juno. They froze my account in May, 2024, and after all is said and done, they gave back less than 6% of my money. In the midst of all of this, they also had a data breach, exposing my PII online. Thousands of others have suffered the same misfortune thanks to this bank. How could they suck any more? 0 stars! -100 stars really! 1 starI should have come to BBB before trusting this company with sending $480 to my friend. She never received her funds via **** app ( evolve bank). I am so disappointed and angry because I work so hard for my money!! Only to have it stolen from this company. It's so wrong ethically to do this to any one. I email them and no one contacts me. I have closed down my direct deposit with this company. They are thieves. Do not trust this company. Please run the other way.Review fromLaurie A

Rented a space in which Evolve was the host. The owners lived on property however and we immediately reached out to both them and Evolve upon falling to the ground the 1st night that we sat on the sofa. There for just two nights to celebrate 21st anniversary. The owner came down, examined the sofa and came back the next night (2nd and last night there) and removed the sofa only to replace it with 2 outdoor rocking chairs. Lol Unbelievable. Evolve indicated that this was acceptable b/c they replaced the sofa with chairs and made it a point to inform that there were also other chairs in the space, referencing the two dining room table chairs. Where are these ppl from a 3rd world country. It was a joke but sadly NOT A JOKE as we do not get a do over for our 21st. This hosts were the owners of the property in ******* named ****. ****** and ****** are the owners.

5 starsI've had great and helpful from this bank. They do seem to be cautious with passwords etc. in this world, at this point, nothing is 100%. I trust this company. And saved because I don't get all those overdraft fees!!!
