      I have been a loyal customer of ******************** Bank since August 2024 I have checking savings and secured credit card and I have even referred 2 people to First Horizon Bank to open checking accounts on June 16th I called into sales and applied for a classic Unsecured credit card and I was declined due to my credit history I am victim of identity theft I have a few accounts and collections on my credit report due to ************************ breach which I all my information was comp;promised several accounts was opened using my identity I am asking that First Horizon please reconsider my unsecured credit card application and take into consideration my secured card account history with ******************** please approve a starter limit for me to prove my credit worthiness as a goodwill customer ********************** gesture I am on social security disability and also do odd jobs I have deposited over $3,750 into my checking account during month of June I have kept my secured credit card in excellant standing or if you cant approve a new unsecured credit card can you please unsecure my secured credit card for the $300 credit limit

      First Horizon purchased ************, who issued me a personal credit card. My payment due date is the 22nd of each month, which I pay over the phone. However, when I contact their payment center, both the automated system and a live customer ********************** representative tell me they cannot accept a payment on that date. I have to keep attempting to make the payment sometimes up to 2 weeks past the due date, causing a late payment to be reflected on my credit report. Any banking institution who issues a credit card should be able to accept a payment, both on scheduled payment dates and any other time the client wishes to make additional payments to reduce their amount owed. They keep stating that in order to make payments of this nature, I must open a saving and/or checking account with their bank. This would require maintaining a minimum balance on the account and it may be subject to monthly service fees. Their call centers are not helpful in resolving this issue, supervisors cannot override the payment policy, and local branch offices will not address the issue on the phone.

      Called today as i couldnt access my online account. Spoke to an agent named "Bo" who could not only not assist me, but ignored my requested 18 times to politely speak to a supervisor. I would love the call to be pulled and a corporate contact back. I will be closing out my account at my nearest convenience.

      Currently have a savings account with **********************, as it is the only way I can access my money locally, my other bank does not have a branch in my state. I deposited a mobile deposit to my savings account with knowledge that it takes 2 business days for a check to be available to be accessed. I did this mobile deposit Tuesday at 11 am. It was posted to my account yesterday but still not available. Checked today (Friday) and it was still posted but unavailable. Called customer ********************** and they told me it wouldnt be available until next Wednesday. A week and a day after I had deposited it. They told me to call my local branch manager to release the funds earlier. Called my local branch (******** in *****************, **) and the branch manager said well you did mobile deposit because it was convenient and a mobile deposit to a savings account???? That is by far the slowest way to access your money. Kind of ruins your weekend plans huh? I did mobile deposit because I live 45 minutes from the branch, have three kids under 4, my husband is deployed and I deposited the check to buy a car after ours stopped working. I dont need a branch manager at some ******** to be condescending to me. I think its outrageous to make me sound stupid for expecting not to wait 8 days for my check to be cleared.

      On May 7, 2025 I was trying to setup a new acct online with ******************** when the online application gave me an error. I called the number listed for the ****************** and spoke to a woman who informed me that I would need to wait a few days for the $50.00 deposit to fall off. After a week the deposit was still showing pending even though my application was denied. It never takes a week for a pending charge to fall off EVER!!!! I want my $50.00 deposit back especially since you were not able to open me an acct. These people are holding my money hostage!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This place is not letting me access my funds and placing hold accounts and on top of it not letting me close this account! Both corporate and local banking is rude and will not do anything to fix the issue! This is not right or okay to do to any one !

      on April 4th we got a letter from our local first horizon branch , stating our 2 business account will be close per the bank decision. we ask the branch manager for explanation or reason and nothing was provided. as well we call the customer *********************** line and their answer was, we got no notes on the acct. at this point I'm seeking an explanation to why the account is been close . after 14+ of business with this bank, since it used to be call ***************************** and has change the name several times. I just want the main reason . since this feel like a slap on the face. been treated like this. even though been personal customer for 23 plus years. my name is ***** ******** the owner of this acct. phone number is **********

      I came into the bank location ************** today at March 25 12:30pm. Im a new customer with ******************** Bank and I came in today with bad experience from 2 of the employees (black females). Theyre were acting very rude, unprofessional, and upsetting attitude towards me. One of the ladies stated She want too much as if its not her job to help the customer. I wanted to change my pin number but I couldnt because laughing was more important to them than work. Hopefully this message reach the manger.
