    They gave me information on who to contact for parts and for almost one year the parts are not available. After trying all this time I sent Mr. ******** a copy of all the emails to there parts supplier and it has been 3 weeks with no response. When you call Mr. ********************** you can not get a live person and the name who responded to the original email is not in there company directory. There is also no way to leave a voice-mail. All are full. Purchased a product with a missing battery cover and just want to get it, why is there customer service not responding and why would they have a parts supplier who can't supply parts just keep saying contact us back. When you contact the parts supplier they say the same thing. Check backin a couple months. Don't think they care at ALL. SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AKA DOESN'T EXSIST!

    We are extremely sorry to hear about the experience this customer had with our third-party parts supplier. As it is a separate company, we do not have control over their customer service or how they respond to customers. We have reached out to that company regarding this customer's issue and how it was handled so this does not happen again.

     Unfortunately, this customer's emails were flagged by our system as potential spam and did not make it to our customer service team which is why they did not receive an immediate reply. Our team has since reached out to the customer to resolve this matter.
