  I have a yearly contract with this company that is expensive so I expect the girl or woman who answers the phone to listen to a request for an appointment for a technician to come out and do an inspection after our new roof was installed. What she did was very ugly and rude. She started informing me of their procedures and was not listening to my request. She thought she muted the phone but I heard her curse me and call me a nasty person. I was not loud, demanding or rude. She said she would leave me on hold for a long time and then hung up on me. I was shocked. She then called back and pretended that the line went staticky which it did not. I told her I heard what she had said and that I wasnt nor had never been a nasty person. I told her I would pray for her. I have never had an experience like this in my lifetime. Sad really that we have to deal with people like her.

  During the July storms, we had a tree fall on our home and did a lot of damage which opened up the access to our attic. We phoned Coopertown first thing before calling the contractors to ensure that any wildlife could not get into the attic. They immediately came out and made a plan to prevent any wildlife from coming inside the home and eradicate any possibility of them entering or staying in the attic. *************************, Certified Lead Technician, came and worked very hard during the hot weather to do what was needed to close up and resecure our home from any wildlife. **** was very empathetic, friendly, and professional. He then returned after the new roof and fascia boards were installed to seal and reseal any possible areas that vermin might enter the attic space.
