    Nothing but problems after the first week ghosting and empty promises. Pretty sure they have someone scrubbing the internet of bad reviews because we are not the only ones that have been burned by *****. Super unethical to have poor reviews removed and screams of predatory behaviors. There are so many gaps in reviews all over the internet, and reviews that were around when we first started having problems that are now mysteriously gone. Caveat emptor does not apply here because they are either removing or having someone remove valid complaints and valid negative reviews!! So here is your buyer beware!! Look for massive time gaps in reviews! Check every website and review service you can. Do not trust this company. Constant No-shows and when they did actually show up it was without any notification beforehand. The work was was done was so bad that the company we had to hire behind them had to make repairs to the floors before putting the flooring down. They damaged expensive faceplates in the house, and set the fire alarms off several times during demo work. It was such a mess that our insurance adjuster was shocked. They left an enormous mess in the yard that we were promised they would clean up. Never got cleaned up. Then the dodged phone calls pretty sure our phone numbers got marked as do not answer. We could not wait to wash our hands of this slimy company.
