    I had two great guys comes and paint the outside of my house and they did an amazing job. they really took their time taped off all my windows and shutter so everything would be clean. would definitely use them again :)

    Had a leaking ceiling. Homeway came out very quickly and identified the problem and fixed it for me. They were very nice and professional. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

    Had Water damage .I do not recommend Homeway to anyone .I would not advise anyone to use this company. I have been dealing with Homeway since March 18, 2022 They still have not completed my work and it is April 27, 2023 They come out really quick to do the paperwork everything is all good good talk they can do the work ,after they get your paperwork in and you expect for them to get the job started, They tell you they will not start your job until they receive money and then they want you to sign over your check you got from the insurance company once they receive your check, they say they will put you on schedule ,well that never happened they will call you randomly and tell you they will be at your house tomorrow and will never show up, **** never hear from them until a week later or two or three they do not call they do not return calls they do not show up they do not complete work they half way talk to their workers. The workers be clueless on what they are supposed to do because they halfway explain things to them. Everything is always a wait because they always have to call back and get more details on what they need to do. A very unprofessional company. This is a horrible situation and a situation that I am still dealing with. This is a big learning experience.

    I love Homeway. I have had a pipe burst in my home, they came with a water mitigation team, dried it out and put it back together without me lifting a finger. They handled everything with insurance and were great communicating with me every step. I would highly recommend them. But the way this is the 3rd property I own I have used them in some capacity. I will continue to use them! Thanks Homeway

    This is the worst company to use! DO NOT USE THEM!!! . We had water damage and was referred by **************** to do the repair work. Our insurance paid our claim, but HOMEWAY did not complete the job! We paid HOMEWAY , BECAUSE THEY STATED THEY COULD NOT START THE *** UNTIL WE PAID UP FRONT. The communication with them is HORRIBLE! We had to call them to ask when can we expect them to come but no return calls until we called more than 4 times. The project started September 2022 and as of 3/2023 still not completed! We always had to initiate contact with them but no response! Call and got an answer was promise on 3 separate times they would come and finish the job! We took off work to received them on DATES they said they would be there! No SHOW!11 This happen 3 times with no text, phone call NOTHING!!! I would do business with them nor recommend them to anybody! I cant give them no STARS!!!

    **** lost my file and it took him 3 weeks to admit it even after I called multiple times to find out why my project had not been started. I had to have several projects done more than once because of poor workmanship, and I don't think it would be finished now if I hadn't been home to point out the items that were not repaired correctly. They also left the construction site in complete filth! They were very poor communicators and I didn't know when or if the men would be at the house. Overall, I'd say the work was mediocre at best, certainly not high quality.
