    They are pretty crappy, my power is out once again it usually goes out once a month which makes no sense and they always come an fix the same spot. Obviously something is not right. Last month It went out for 18hrs an had to throw everything I'm my fridge away. This is ridiculous they are trash

    MLGW apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the frequent outages.  There are underground cable failures and MLGW is currently working on a design to replace the cable.

    They cut off my water and electric in winter with no notice because I didnt turn in a hard copy paper. who still uses hard copies? MLGW does.Later they called and said they made a mistake. Took them 32 hours to turn it back on. I would go with any other company if I could, its a typical government scam.

    Called 8am to only transfer same day services. Was told it could be anytime from when I called at 8am to 11:59pm. After waiting 12 hours in a hot house somone finally called my phone & only to let it my phone ring time to only hang up. Left a voice mail lying like he was there to only complete the his workorder. This is the most incompetent business in the ******************!!

    Since, May my utilities for **** and July have doubled and tripled. Just two senior citizens reside here , over 80yrs of age. For the month of **** our utility **** doubled And the month of July **** tripled. We never run our thermostat lower than 78 degrees , regardless to what the outside temp. is because of our health conditions. Because one or both illness, we have spent the last two months at Sons resident. Neighbors can confirm. Also the transformer in my back yard is completely covered with vines, cant even see it.I, reported it to driver nothing has been done about it. Also the pole light in my back yard that I am charged for was out for about 65 days after reporting . Before my neighbor called and told me they at my house replacing bulb.

    MLGW needs to stop charging ** tax payers so high for such ghetto unreliable customer service representatives been waiting on hold for a hour with Latipha and she kept yawing and said ima put you on hold for another 30 min came back on said hello and hung up!. I need new service have sent in all types of ID SSN Lease Documents and have 3 kids we are currently staying at a hotel because MLGW fails to call back or hire adequate people to work
