    ***** *** was prompt and professional. He assessed the situation and properly installed a cord for my hot water heater; however, he installed the controller to the 120v, causing the controller to fry. The controller is not high voltage and should have never been installed to a 120v. Before he left, the hot water was not working. ***** referred me to a plumber instead of correcting the issue. I had to have another electrician correct the issue. ***** initially offered half of my money for the controller. He sent $150 for a $164 part and nothing back for the improper install of the controller, which was a part of a $160 service call.He essentially cost me $500 for a $160 service call. He tried to make me believe that the electricity was a plumbers responsibility. He never offered to come and correct his error.
