    This is in regards to order # ***********. Date placed: 12/10/2022. Ordered by *********************** as a Christmas gift. ***** showed item delivered on 12/15. We had not received the product, it appears to have been delivered to the incorrect address or lost in transit. However, we paid $356 for this and do not have the product.We had contacted both Titan and ***** multiple times, and received no assistance and different advice. At this time, we have paid $356 to Titan and have no resolution to issue. We have not received the product.We contacted Titan multiple times, no assistance provided. We asked for help with ***** - none was provided. We ultimately asked for one of these options: 1) full refund or 2) replacement product sent. We were refused and Titan refused to provide assistance or take responsibility. Titan has said they will not help us. Again we paid over $350 dollars and have no product/ no path to resolution.Attached is the order information and ***** number. Please note, I am filing this claim on Jeannas behalf. This product was shipped to ***** where we were visiting for Christmas, but we live in ******** and this product was for us.

    Purchased titan ramps on e-bay. opened box on dec 8, both ramps were damaged not from being shipped but it is obvious they were destroyed and repacked and shipped to me. Contacted titan immediately after seeing damage. i received a request number ******* and forwarded pictures of ramps. It has been over a week now i have emailed and called titan only to receive a run around. please intercede with this terrible company. Thank you

    This customer bought a Scratch and Dent listing for the ramps. This means that the ramps are sold as is, but that they should be completely functional. Based on the photos the customer provided, the ramps have a few dents and dings, but they are completely functional.

    Our S&D listings do not come with an option for a return since they are purchased as is.

    There is nothing further we can do in this case and we have informed the customer of this.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is not a true statement. there is no scratch and dent. these ramps were broken in half. Please note the pictures I sent. this company is so corrupt and full of lies.

    Titan's contractor missed a scheduled Fri delivery. We immediately spent hours on the phone to make sure the delivery was made Mon-Fri only. On Saturday 11/19/22 the contractor was caught dumping the package against our expressed instruction in an odd location blocking our garage and trashcans. We refused the delivery and the driver would not remove the product claiming "it was too heavy". We spent the next week calling & emailing Titan and the delivery company regarding this matter. Titan then had another delivery attempted, against our expressed instructions, on Saturday 11/26/22 that we were able to refuse. Titans response to the repeated intrusions is they do not have an option to have deliveries scheduled Mon-Fri only. This is untrue as every delivery company has the Mon-Fri delivery option even charging extra for Saturday deliveries. The onslaught of Saturday deliveries seems to have begun when we expressed that we are "closed" and not available on that day. We can not accept any deliveries & any deliveries left on a Saturday would be returned.

    Our orders ship within 1 business day and arrive between 5 to 10 business days, Monday-Sunday. Once the customer places the order and that order leaves the warehouse, we cannot specify delivery days and that must be done by the customer through the carrier.

    We have spoken to ************** and he accepted our resolution to return the item and waive the return shipping fee as a courtesy. We believe this is a satisfactory solution and goes above and beyond our normal processes.

    We placed an order with Titan Brands for 14 fitness machines. 3 of the 14 have either been defective where the holes were not fabricrated properly, missing pieces to put it together or missing nuts and bolts to put the machine together. I have spent countless hours trying to get resolution and have been pushed off, hung up on or completely ignored. All we want is to receive what we paid for.

    Date of Transaction: 7/20/22 Amount Paid: ****** (tax included)The business committed to $20.27 refund or return the item for a full refund.Nature of the complaint: Original purchase was damaged and had physical defects. Following the warranty claim process, I was sent a replacement that was worse than the original purchase (order# ***********). The resolution that was provided was a $20 refund and to go and buy a can of spray paint to fix the issue or return the item for a full refund. $20 doesn't cover time, fuel, and expense of the materials. I simply asked for a refund of 50%. The rep I spoke with made sure to let me know that she wasn't a customer service rep she was a product support and warranty specialist and that the only thing she will do is either provide me with a $20 refund or the ability to return the item for a full refund. This item is roughly 60 plus pounds and is bulky. ************ and shipping it back even with not paying shipping is a huge hassle.

This company has the ability to provide a partial refund and refuses to which is unsatisfactory. Looks like they will no longer have my business and I will be sure to let everyone I know in the ****************** to spread word on this companys poor customer service as well as quality of its equipment.
