  The crew was very professional, courteous, and prompt. The ******* kept us informed of any issues and how progress was going. He even sent pictures after the job was completed so we could see their work. They cleaned up and left things in great shape. We are very satisfied with the results.

  The work performed by Redeemers Group was very professional and more than met my expectations.Their crew explained every detail of the project and I still am amazed at the results to my home. I would recommend Redeemers to anyone interested in similar repairs to their home.

  I am giving a 5 star rating due to the quality of the work but, ultimately the rating goes to the staff of employees sent to work with us. Each crew member was courteous, respectful and professional. We would definitely choose them again.

  Signed a contract in December 2022. The project is still incomplete. The schedule date keeps getting pushed back because I refuse to accept the work completed to date is poorly done and they disagree with me on a path forward to get the project completed. All I want is the project completed in a workmanship like manner.

  We had basement water issues that were addressed by Redeemers Group about a year ago. While our water issues have improved, we have still had water and at places where they did work and told us those areas were 100% guaranteed. Since the issues have arisen, there have been multiple attempts in setting appointments for them to come resolve the work. Each time, either the date of the appointment or the day before, they call and give some reason why they can't come. I first contacted them January 3 about issues. It has been dragged out so long that now our appointment is April 26. In addition to this, there is one complete wall that was on their original work plan that they just did not do. It is one of the reasons that we are now having problems. So we have paid them a year ago for work of which they have yet to even complete. If you choose to have them do work in your basement that involves breaking up concrete, beware! We had to spend over $2,000 in having the basement cleaned after their work. It was a mess! It is clear to us that after their initial service is over, they are ready to move on to get new customers. If we were a priority, we wouldn't keep getting cancelled on and pushed back 3 weeks at a time. I really thought this company would provide better service. I'm at a loss as to why they are doing this, other than it is going to cost them some additional time and money to render the service correctly to us.
