    At the end of June, we signed up for their waste collection service. We were told that we could use an existing trash can until we received one of theirs. We put the garbage out as instructed on Sunday night. It wasnt picked up. We called and they said they would pick it up. They didnt. At the end of the week, they dropped off their can, but still didnt pick up our garbage. Sunday night we put the garbage back out at the curb. It wasnt picked up. We called again. Never got picked up. So we called to get a refund, but we cant get that until they get their can. This is week 3 and it still hasnt been picked up. We cant start another service until we get our refund. Selecting this company has been a big headache and a big mistake.

    We have closed the account and are refunding the money, per the customer's instructions.  They called and asked to close the account on July 18th.  They live in a rural area that we are not in very often.  We messed up.  Driver did not find the home, and did not empty the trash.  Sorry, thank you.

    Their response about not being in this area very often is a very poor excuse. Where I live is part of their coverage area; I was told that when I signed up. Besides, does the driver not have access to GPS? I cant get my refund until they pick up their cart - its on them, not me.
