      I am an event planner working with the ***************** on an "End of Year" celebration event for the organization. Needed posterboard for the event found this company to complete the order. Paid $759.80 on 5/17 for a job to be completed by 5/21. Even paid an additional fee for expressed production to be sure the job would be complete on time. Full payment was made on 5/17. The company has completely stopped communication and refuses to answer any texts, calls, or email. I need the order completed or refunded in the next 24 hours before I will move on to other options in resolving this issue. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the event planning space to never use this company because they take the payment and steal the money without any communication.

      We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.

      The customer attempted to contact us outside of our normal business hours, which is why their call/texts went unanswered. Our hours are clearly stated on our website and the voicemail on our business phone. However, we did respond to the only email received from the customer (after placing his order) within 90 minutes, providing prompt attention to their inquiry. He filed a complaint 15 minutes after sending the email. 

      Javian(the spouse of the person who filed this complaint), placed the order on May 16th at 6:48pm (after business hours). We notified the customer, before placing their order 2 days prior that we would be able to get the order to them before the date of their event. They waited 2 days to place the order, even after we sent an invoice to make the process easier for them. Customer then sent several TEXT MESSAGES outside of regular business on a phone that is not monitored after-hours. 

      We strive to maintain clear communication and quality service, and we regret any inconvenience caused. We remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues and welcome the opportunity to speak directly with the customer during business hours to ensure a satisfactory outcome. The order was completed by the end of the business day, which the customer was made aware of before he placed his order. The customer picked up the same day the complaint was filed. When we spoke to the customer, he said he was nervous because he had never done business with us before, which is why he rushed to file the complaint.

      On July 10, I placed a order for two foam custom picture backdrops. I sent email after email. No response. Not until I went to there social media page and wrote a comment. I still to this day have no product. I still do not have my refund of ******. On Aug.7th, two weeks after the wedding she finally send a email stating I was refunded. The company Afterpay say it wasnt refunded. We have reached out several times. No response. In the past I had warnings this companies lies about sending proofs for verification. But actually they never send any proof. This has happened to several people. All we want is our money returned so we can refunded the client. This has destroyed my account with Afterpay. I will be uploading all my documents plus all my corresponding emails.

      Customer did not respond to multiple proofs sent via email. Tried to called the number on file when the "Date Needed" date was approaching and the customer did not return any phone calls. We also couldn't leave a voicemail. When the customer finally reached out to us VIA AN INSTAGRAM COMMENT, after the event date, we reached out to ******* to let him know that we attempted contact with him/her and we did not receive a response. The customer no longer needed the order so we submitted a refund on 8/14/23. The customer was upset that they had to refund their client the full amount but they used Afterpay to pay us. In this case, ******* hadn't made all of the payments to Afterpay, only the downpayment. When the order was cancelled on our end, it was also cancelled with Afterpay. ******* failing to pay the full amount to us after his client paid him/her the full amount is what resulted in the financial mishap. 

      We do not print any items unless a proof is approved. This is why his/her order was not shipped.
