      ****** and her team were very helpful throughout the entire booking process! The design literally brought me to tears. They made sure I had a dance floor design that was unique and didn't look like anyone else's. It was beautiful and definitely one-of-a-kind! The quality and customer service were A1! We will be back!

      I was initially excited to order from this company and receive my 8ft photo board. After I received photoboard, I noticed that the photo had wrinkled spot on the board. I immediately reached out to the company and advised them as well as sent pictures of proof. The box that it was delivered in was not damaged. The company advised that they would reach out to fed ex to research and get the issue resolved. Out of all communication, I was the one that had to continually follow up with company as they were not keeping me up to date with fed ex resolution. Today, company continued to tell me they were still waiting to hear back from fed ex (keep in mind this has been 9 days passed at this time) I loved the board only if they could have rectified in a way. The resolution the company made was the customer be responsible for shipping back an 8ft board and pay for their own shipping!!! Ridiculous! How the heck an 8ft board would fit in an average sedan!!? And the shipping would be pretty expensive due to something that was not my fault! It was very tacky for the company to even suggest that.. I honestly would r mind shipping back.. I would try to transport best I could.. but yo expect customer to pay for shipping is INSANE! Black business should do better! I even sent pics that the shipping box was not damaged, and Instead of the company owning up to it might have been a error on their end they blamed it on fed ex.. which again, box was not damaged. Horrible customer service!
