    I wouldnt suggest this company. The tech came to my home on the telephone; talked the entire time, and diagnosed my problem stating the valve was stuck on the heater. He released and that was the reason the heat kept going off. Moments later after leaving; the heat went off. I called the office to report it was doing as it was before the arrival of tech. He returned again, got a part number and said h*** return. I paid a service fee for nothing.

    Do NOT use this company. When ****, the tech arrived, he said our unit needed a part, then left our house saying he was going finished another job and to get the part we needed. Oddly when he returned about three hours later, our issue magically became a service/maintenance issue, of which our home warranty, Choice Home Warranty, doesn't cover. Unless you have money to burn, stay far away from this company AND Choice Home Warranty

    So sorry but were not sure why they said we would be out , we dont do business with Select Homewarranty..Please call your ******************** and just ask for another vendor.
