      My floors were damaged by **********s subcontractor. The damage was done and reported on June 28 and today is July 7th and I am yet to receive a call or email from the company that they outsourced it to. The claims customer service agent, wont return any phone calls, she just chooses to sit behind her desk and email me phone numbers which dont work. Im constantly having to email and call as if Im on payroll because Im doing all the work. This is absolutely ridiculous. I left a voicemail for her supervisor to contact me immediately. ********** is a joke and the companies that they outsource their work out to are as well. I spent well over seven grand with this company, ********** to move into my house only to have my new refrigerator delivered, damaged, my washer was the incorrect one, rather than making it right, they ********** made me purchase a additional washer the correct one instead of just charging me the difference because of their inconvenience. It gets better, they charge me for installation for my new dishwasher that they didnt even install. Matter of fact its still sitting in my dining room, my waterline for my ice maker wasnt installed. After paying for and ordering my new washer, they didnt place a order to pickup the old one only to deliver the new one. Guess what, they took the old washer which was new back to the warehouse and didnt give me credit for it, I had to call them and raise *************** to get my money back.When their third party company delivered my current washer on June 28th, I asked the delivery guy if he was going to run a test cycle and he said yes, not paying attention, he didnt even install the drain hose, only for me to return 19 minutes later to see water all over my hardwood floor.I, immediately contacted ********** and they placed a claim with Sedgwick the same day and Im really Angry ?? that these two companies are giving me the runaround. Im very unhappy with this entire situation.

      Shame on them im in pain. You said you would pay er vists etc....nothing but lies i hope that ***************** mother or father or kid gets hurt like i did. P*** co.. I hope you never sleep a nite without being wokin **. ** pain and knew im. Suicidal pain...shame on you

      Avoid at all cost! If your employeer, company or whatever deals with them just cut all ties! They'll pass you around to different claims adjusters before you can even speak with the first one. An once you do finally get one you can't even get in contact with them even when you have their email, phone and fax. You also have zero access to management nor anyone else that can help! All numbers lead to tech support for online and they can't help with claims. Their is a online form, but that does nothing. I filled out 3 and never received a response. The first form was over 5 months ago.

      This company operates with either extreme incompetence or out right lies, or maybe both. There is nothing I can say that hasn't already been amplified 50 or more time in other complaints, so the short of it is this. After an auto accident in which their client was indisputably at fault, they refuse to reimburse my out of pocket expenses. They have jerked me around for over 2 months now, and just today asked for paperwork that has been submitted 3 times already, once by mail, once by email, and a third time by certified mail. I plan to file a lawsuit tomorrow, and recommend any one dealing with sedgwick do the same. The most amazing part is I wasn't even seeking pain and suffering or anything outrageous, I'm only asking to be made whole, and I'm forced to go to court. This company is by far the most unethical business I have ever dealt with, the F rating is giving them much too much credit.

      This company completely avoids contact however possible. They try to steer people to their online portal for communication, but nobody ever responds, it’s nearly impossible to get a human on the phone. I had to phone in multiple times the first time to even get my claim reviewed the first time around. I am on medical disability and have years of documentation to support my reason for being unable to work. I also have a six month old and like any other human, need to be able to help support my family. Quite frankly it feels like this company does everything in its power to AVOID paying out claims, which if true, is fraud.

      I am disgusted with the customer service and reliability of Sedwiq sadly my company hired Sedwiq to process our claims for disability insurance in this company Sedwiq is nothing but a rip off company in there Sedwiq is trying to deny your claims anyway possible not to pay you for what you deserve I hope the state of California in the government gets on their case and hold them responsible for the action in big companies don't hire them to do their disability claims

      They are the worst workers cómo company I have ever had to deal with. I have been back and forth with them over months trying to get the claim approved and finally could get what they decided was the right documents proving illness and still they decide they need to take more time to come to a decision. They hassled me almost daily for updates and deadlines but they couldn't do the same. Haven't heard one good thing about them from others I know personally. If negative stars were a thing they would get all of them
