    I have pictures of the beautiful lawn that I had prior to using Herbi Systems but, cannot download them. This company killed my grass and now all I have is a lawn full of weeds!!! Rather than giving me a refund, they insisted I needed more spraying and more services. I have gotten estimates and it will cost me hundred of dollars to undo the damage they have done. (I tried to give them 0 stars but, your website won't allow this?)

    ******Systems would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration youve experienced with our recent service. We truly value your loyalty, and as a former client of eleven years, your feedback is incredibly important to us.Regarding the issue with ******************' lawn, it was damaged in May 2022 by Hunting Billbugs, a root-feeding insect that can devastate a lawn. Despite our efforts to apply insecticides and balanced fertilization over the following year, the damage was severe and the improvement was slower than anticipated, leading to ******************' understandable frustration and the cancellation of our services in June 2023.After our in-person meeting on May 8, 2024, we are pleased to have reached an agreement with ****************** to restore her lawn's health to its original state prior to the damage caused by the Hunting Billbugs.Thank you for being a valued client of ******Systems.

    We have been a customer for years. However, almost every time a technician calls US the day before to say they are coming.. so you wait the entire afternoon and they are a NO SHOW!! No call, and when you call the office they cant tell you where the technician is or if they are really coming to your house. My doorbell is broken, so I wait , watching, not to miss the promised service call. I have made calls stating that this happens and still NO CUSTOMER COURTESY!! Very disappointed in the communication between the office and their technicians. PLEASE TEACH COMMON COURTESY ! Customer SHOULD BE #1, Sadly we are not! We pay your bills!I will find a company that values their customers!

Regarding the issue at hand, Mr. ******** lawn technician, Camerin, scheduled a service to be performed on 1/29/2024 after 3:00 pm. ******* called ******************, notifying him that he was running behind in his day and wouldnt be able to make it before dark. ******* advised ****************** that he could perform the service the next day, on 1/30/2024. ***************** understood and thanked Camerin for notifying him and accepted services to be performed on 1/30/2024 instead of 1/29/2024. Thank you for being a valued client of *************.
