  They broke the glass on my china cabinet while I was standing there. They broke a Waterford wine decanter $400.00. Scratched a breakfast room table. They broke a wooden top to antique buffet by picking it up with one hand at one end instead of using both hands. Overall they were rough and didnt seem very experienced. When these were pointed out/noticed they said nothing. I guess they cant or didnt want to acknowledge any problems. I would not recommend or use again.

  Big League Movers handled two moves for me just recently from ******* to **********; the first in Dec of 24 was done by an excellent crew consisting of ***, **** and Q. They were on time and were well coordinated as a team. The job consisted of a lot of heavy items which they mastered quite handily with great care. The guys were very professional and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!The second move was in Feb of this yr by ********, ********, and Chance. Another experience that was outstanding. On time, professional, and done with the same care as the gentlemen in the first portion of our move. They anticipated all the details and took care of our belongings like they were their own.Anyone considering a move should seriously discuss it with Big League due to the courtesy and consistency both of these crews displayed.

  My sons Playstation5 was stolen during my move/storage with this company. That was over $500 of my property gone.

  They're no good. They were intentionally slow and broke antique furniture. They threw everything haphazardly into boxes. They even put moldy mattresses into the storage room .

  I have been waiting 3 months for a resolution to our claim for damages on our move from ******* to Hot Springs. Have been in contact many times with Big League as well as the insurance claim company they use. At this point they have stopped communicating entirely. In general, Big League did not fulfill any part of their promises in full.I would not recommend using this company.

  Good work due to the workers themselves but the way the company itself and the people who run it are a different story I worked for this company recently and they fired me after I complained for 2 days about not being paid and they have yet to pay me and its been over a week I explained to them I dont really care what the problem was before I just would like them to pay me and THEY HAVE NOT I will be filing a report asap

  BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE BIG LEAGUE MOVERS! My house flooded in December of 2022. I had to move everything out of my home, store it, and relocate to a hotel until repairs were done. Big League Movers accepted coming out to my home, packing up what I did not have room for in the attic, and storing it until repairs were complete. May 2023 I moved back in and scheduled for my belongings to be returned. Big League Movers broke my television, my bed, and damaged the new flooring in multiple areas (I have pictures of everything). I showed the movers all the damage and they said a claim would be filed but that I had to close out the move. One of the movers even admitted that he said not to store the tv the way they did. A week later I have to call about the claim that I had received zero communication about. Focus Moving Solutions was brought in to handle the claim. A flooring company came out to paint the floors. No repairs were actually done. Then I was told that I would receive .60 cents per pound for the damaged items. The tv is inoperable and the mattress does not function as intended with the sleep number bed frame. I replied stating their offer was unacceptable and that an email is extremely unprofessional to inform a customer that you are robbing them. That was on 6/27/23. There has been no response from either Big League Movers or Focus Moving Solutions. This dumpster fire of a joke charges premium prices for low quality work that resulted in damages to my property and possessions. They have failed to demonstrate any professionalism, integrity, or accountability. This business should be shut down to protect the public from their despicable and dishonest practices.
