  *******, *******, ******, ******, ****, *****, and ******* did a fanatic job with our move in and move out. They were punctual, and hard working. Very careful with all my belongings. Would highly recommend Big League Movers!!

  From the start of the process, Big League Movers showed high customer service. ************************* helped me schedule and secure my moving date an answered all the questions I had. On the day of the move, **** and ******** did an amazing job. They were respectful, courteous, and diligent. They loaded and unloaded quickly and neatly. If I am ever to move again, Ill definitely use Big League again.

  Have had a GREAT experience from start to finish! Detailed initial phone call, easy quote. The guys showed up on time- were gentle and efficient with all of our possessions. Kind and courteous towards us :) Will absolutely be calling them again if ever such a need! Thank ****!

  I provided Big League movers with my accurate starting location and delivery location and they provided me with a quote. We agreed on the estimate, I signed the quote and paid the portion due upfront for the move.The day of the move comes and it turns out that despite providing accurate addresses, they sent the bid out indicating the move was 38 miles, which is incorrect, the mileage was 111. I received a call from the dispatcher, after our moving truck had been loaded, indicating that I needed to pay an additional $425 in order to have my belongings delivered. Essentially, my belongings were held hostage and it was basically a shake down for this extra money. I requested a call from a supervisor to discuss and never received one.The dispatcher indicated that their system had a glitch and thats why the error was made. To me, that sounds like a big league mover problem and they should have paid the $425. I provided accurate addresses and had they asked me to provide mileage, I would have provided this too. I know how to use ****** Maps and estimate mileage, unlike big league movers.Due to having to pony up the extra cash, we were unable to tip our movers since we had only pulled out so much cash for the day. This is very unfortunate since the actual movers themselves were great, wish I would have just contacted them directly.I will not be using big league again and dont recommend them as a moving service.
