    Repairs not done that are under warranty on my 2023 SUV **** Escape.

    I have been going to this **** dealership for years simply because of the **** vehicle that I drive. I purchased a 2023 **** Escape over a year ago and I've had trouble with it the entire time. This dealership has had my car in its service department so many times, without fixing or repairing the problem or malfunctions. One particular occasion it had my car for over a month and still (DID NOT) make the necessary repairs. They would continuously tell me that they could (NOT) figure out what the problem was with my vehicle. I most recently had my **** Escape at that location toward the end of March. They have now stated that they know what the problem or issue is with my SUV. I received a call from the service advisor at the ************ location named (*********) on Thursday 4/3/2025, after I had an agent from customer relations with **** customer service number ******** to contact him at that ************ location. This agent gave me a case number and stated that she spoke with (*********) and confirmed with him that my needed repairs were under warranty. Within a few minutes after I finished speaking with the agent from **** customer relations, (*********) then called me and stated that I (COULD NOT) bring my vehicle back to that location because I gave them a bad survey. I gave them a **************************************************** negative, because of the service that I received at that location. Those service advisors tell the customers to take the survey and then proceed to tell us as customers what to put on the survey. HOW DARE THEY! It's not a true or honest survey if I only put what the service advisor tells me. The survey is based on my experience and service that I received (NOT) was a service advisor wants me to do to make them look favorable. I would like to know if the owner of this location knows about these service advisors' behavior, and even more if **** the company or corporation is aware of this unsavory and dishonest behavior.

    I traded in my Rivian R1T for a **** Transit 250 I asked **** ******** for help getting my apple headphones out from underneath the seat of the Rivian he said he could ask the mechanics to open the seat up and get the headphones out I told him I would come back and get the crossbars and the rest of the stuff out when he got the headphones and to just let me know if he can or he can'*. **** called me everyday for a week to get my insurance information after the trade in and sale of the car. When asked this was our conversation **** ********:Hey salam good morning bro. Did you get those docs I asked you for?**** *****:Walaikum assalam yeah I got them in the other day were you able to get those AirPods out? Also I left my one wheel in the trunk **** ********:Awesome. Do you mean the space between the bed and cabin? I looked in there the next day and didnt see anything. Ill try to get the AirPods myself. I asked the detail department to try at it and they couldnt get it. **** *****:No in the bed theres a place for a spare tire I put some stuff there you gotta pull a latch **** ********:I knew there had to be a space under there I couldnt figure out how to open it. I just checked for the AirPod and I wasnt able to see anything at all. If we can find the general area together, maybe I can get someone to get under there. I was able to fit my fingers under the liner underneath the brace for the seat but didnt feel anything. Did you email me the docs?He never told me about my personal property ever again.     I explained the night of the purchase to **** that there were items in the car and I asked him to get them for me he told me he would and he would notify me once he had them he never notified me after many attempts and now You sold the rivian with an active tracker in the vehicle which I can still see to this day.     1. 2022 ***************** bought from them 2. Truck stopped working while in *******, **. I called local dealerships to see if they could help and they all quoted me a bare minimum of 2 weeks out before diagnosis 4. Id worked with ******* ****** here quite a bit because I brought my truck here for all of my service needs 5. I reached out to her and she told me shed have my truck looked at next day. Based on her response, I towed my truck over 80 miles to get them to diagnose and fix (September 9th)7. Though my truck was parked in the same place, she told me they were pushing it in and out everyday and just hadnt had time to look at it (blatant lie)8. I come to my truck on day 3 and my back window had been let down. I have medical devices on my back seat that got water damage due to this negligence 9. **** ****** comes into the picture denying all blame. Tow truck guy hadnt let the window down because I was there. And they have also denied liability 10. Argument with **** ensues, then he claims to look at my vehicle over the coming days. Without moving the truck, he claims its the transmission 11. I was told it was approved by **** to change the transmission and rental for 10 days would be ordered (Monday 9/16/24)12. I followed up and was told the transmission came in on Wednesday September 18th 13. To follow up, I contacted corporate and corporate had to contact the district manager because of lack of cooperation from **** and ******* (******, Case #CXH-02660112)14. The district manager then informed ****** that the part would be arriving Thursday (9/26/24) with no word on the rental. How did this discrepancy happen? Yeah, more lies.15. I drive by the following day to see my vehicle parked in the exact same place its been parked since it was towed in. If it were someone off the street messing with my window, as **** is insinuating, why would it be left out front and not within the gate? Its been 3 weeks now Looking for some accountability

    Im reaching out because the car lot falsified information for me and my finance at the time back in January 2022. I was pregnant and could not work. I recently found out that both partys are required to have income in order to get qualified for the car loan. I didnt have any income due to being pregnant and threatening a miscarriage if I kept trying to work. When I recently called to find out what was put on my income I was so disappointed. They put that I was retired. Im trying to get out of the car loan because my ex fianc has not been doing a good job in paying his car note and its falling on me to pay when I have my own bills to pay. I went to the car lot last month trying to work something out with them but they are refusing to take my name off the car unless he refinance the car and his credit is horrible.     My car was picked up and taken to AutoNation **** to be diagnosed and repaired on 7/22/2024. My car is a 2019 **** EcoSport. I was told it would be 2-3 days before the car could be diagnosed. I call them 3 days later only to be told that my issue is supposedly related to a recall of an engine part that will not be in stock until next year and that they need to diagnose the car still, but they have others with the same issue. I waited 3 weeks with no change. I contacted **** customer care and they said I can get a rental, but the dealership would have to diagnose the vehicle and send this information off before I could get an extended rental through Enterprise. The dealership proceeds to tell me they still haven't diagnosed the problem, and they still don't know when it will be. I'm being denied a rental vehicle because of something that should have been done already. I cannot wait months (or possibly until next year) before something is done about this. I just need a rental car until this gets resolved, but I feel like there is no concern or sympathy, only constant excuses. I'm still making monthly payments on this car.

    I purchased a 2015 **** Focus from AutoNation Ford Memphis in December 2023. Since then, I've driven only ***** miles, yet the vehicle has had persistent mechanical issues. I trusted the salesperson, *****************************, and believed that buying from a reputable dealership was my best option. I requested a full revision of the car, which was done, and I was assured it was in perfect condition. I trusted that **** would provide a reliable vehicle.However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The previous owner reported similar issues, specifically that the car wouldnt go in reverse. Your Parts and ****************** changed the transmission control module, yet the same issue has recurred. After picking up my car yesterday, I noticed once again that the car would not go in reverse, making it unsafe to drive.The previous owner brought the car to your dealership in November and December 2023 with similar complaints before selling it back to you due to ongoing problems. The car was then sold to me without disclosing these issues.Recently, my car was at your dealership from July 22nd to July 31st for a diagnosis because the car wasnt shifting gears smoothly. I called multiple times for updates and received disappointing responses, with no one calling me back as promised. Finally, your department quoted $3,200 to fix the clutch, which I declined because it was half the price of the car. I collected the car only to find the new issue with the reverse gear.Ive tried to resolve this through your service department, but the lack of communication and inconsistent responses have been frustrating. Due to this ongoing issue, I have missed several days of work, and the situation has caused me significant stress.

     am sorry to hear you are having problems with the car. We did inspect this car and as you stated when you bought it there were no known issues. The fact you drove in months and in excess of ***** miles. I understand your frustration but as with all preowned cars when the customer declines to purchase an extended service contract you are rolling the dice on the repairs. I spoke with the service manager and he explained to me he discounted the repair down for you. There is no way for us to guarantee a vehicle which is why we offer all the option to purchase an extended warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: The fact that I have driven only ***** miles in 7 months should indicate that this car has had persistent issues from the start. While I understand that preowned cars come with risks, I trusted your dealership to sell me a safe and reliable vehicle, especially given that I did not negotiate on the price and asked for a full inspection.
    Additionally, while the service department offered a discount on the repairs, I have still been responsible for all the repair costs, which remain excessively high given the complexity of the issues. This is not acceptable.
    I am requesting that you consider buying the car back from me. I should not have to bear the burden of a faulty vehicle that was sold to me with undisclosed issues. Please let me know how we can proceed with this.

    Thank you for your offer, but I must express my disappointment with the situation. When I purchased this vehicle, I trusted that AutoNation **** had done its due diligence to ensure it was safe and reliable. The fact that the previous owner sold the car due to the same issues, which were not disclosed to me, raises serious concerns. The minimal repairs done before selling the car as reliable have proven inadequate, as evidenced by the continued problems I have experienced.
    While I understand that no one can predict when a car will have issues, I do expect transparency and integrity when making such a significant purchase. The car has only been driven ***** miles since I bought it, and the issues Im facing now are consistent with those the previous owner encountered.
    I urge you to reconsider the buyback price with these facts in mind. A fair offer should reflect the minimal mileage added and the history of unresolved issues. I am looking for a resolution that acknowledges the situation and treats me as a valued customer.

I agree that the vehicle is not in exactly the same condition as when I purchased itit now has ***** more miles and a new water pump, which I paid for and had repaired at your shop. Aside from that, the only major issue is with the transmission control module, which was replaced in November last year before I bought the car. This module is clearly not working properly, leading to the problems Im currently facing.
    Other than these changes, the car is in the same condition as when it was sold to me, complete with the same unresolved issues that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.
    Please let me know what you are offering for the car.

    Thank you for your offer, but I must express that offering $1,000 for the car is quite insulting. I paid $7,000 for this vehicle, including taxes, and an additional $1,200 for the water pump repair alone. Given the circumstances, this car is worth at least $5,000.
    I also cannot accept the 25% off the repair, as the diagnostic provided is incorrect. Your Parts and ****************** recommended replacing the clutches, but the real issue lies with the transmission control module, which is not functioning properly. This part was replaced in November and should still be under warranty, meaning I should not be responsible for its replacement. The clutch issue seems unfounded, as the car's discs show no significant wear. It feels like an attempt to have me spend more money without addressing the actual problem.
    I am still looking for a fair resolution and hope you can reconsider your offer.

    Thank you for your clarification. However, the car's condition remains very similar to when I purchased it, aside from the new water pump and the additional few miles. These factors should be taken into account when determining its value.
    Regarding the 25% discount, I cannot accept it because the diagnostic provided is incorrect. The issue is not with the clutches, but with the transmission. Unless you are offering to repair the entire transmission with this discount, I cannot consider that as a viable option.
    I am still looking to sell the car, but at a reasonable price that reflects its true value. $1,000 is far below what this car is worth.

    I understand your position, but I must respectfully disagree. When I purchased the car, it had underlying issues that were not disclosed to me, and those issues have now manifested. The vehicles current condition is a direct result of those pre-existing problems, not due to any misuse on my part. Ive driven it only ***** miles since the purchase and have already invested in significant repairs.


    Im not willing to accept a low offer for the car or pay for repairs that don't address the real problem. Im seeking a fair resolution that reflects the vehicles true value and condition.

    car was bought on 6/26 paid cash, was told it was sound and ready to go however the check engine light came on on the fourth day of purchase the dealership was called and we were told they couldn't help us that day and they would call us back on the next morning, they didn't call we went back to the dealer ship and was told we had to get it towed back to them and we had to pay the towing which was another $200.00 they have had the car for over a week and we still don't have a resolution and no response from the dealership when we call. the car is a 2013 ***** Pilot we either want it fixed or a complete refund including the towing fee we shouldn't had to pay.

    On Dec 13,2021 I paid ******* to AutoNation Ford Memphis to fix my car and when I picked up the car there were damages that occurred to the car upon my arrival i.e. broke the grill and car was driving extremely unleved. Not only is the car not in drivable condition, but it has been at the ********* Memphis shop since 2021 and they refuse to fix the car or provide a refund due to their negligence. ******** promised to fix the car in May but they have not responded to my inquiries. I have reached out several times with no update or call back. This has caused me extreme emotional distress and inconvenience for the past three years.

    I am sorry  that  is not true my car was ruining  I o ** thought it was going to run hot I drove off that Parking lot  the car was not drivingable  I brought it back they said they could handled  that problem that they mess up plus broke my grill on the inside. I DID HEAR FROM HIM HE TOLD ME MT CAR  WILL BE FIXED AT NO CHARGE..MY CAR HADNT BEEN ATTEMPTED TO GET FIX THE MECHANIC KNOW THAT CAR WAS MOT DRIVIABLE ON 7-24 24

    I took my car up to Auto Nation **** Memphis on 04/11/2024 because it was making noise I called ever other day to check on it I talked to ******* and she told her since the car is all ready up their go ahead and do a oil change and tune up because they could not find anything wrong with my car this was Friday 04/026/27 so Monday I called to see was it ready they said yes so when I get up their to pick my car up it would not move remind you my car was running when I took it to them it was working when he drive it that Saturday with no problems know it wont move now they are saying its the clutch system I did not have this problem with my transmission know they are trying to charge me ******* to fix it I should not have to pay for something that they did wrong from that Saturday to that Monday my car wont move . please help I don't what else to do they said on these cars things like this happen it had to be something he did when he drove it Saturday I called the customer service they said that it was nothing they could do it did have a recall on it in 2022 but its been running fine never had any problems with my transmission. now it is the Clutch System has engagement it want move .it is still up their I paid that ****** for a oil change and tune up

    Doing a Maintenace on the car I.E. an oil change would not require the tech do anything near the transmission. These are A.S.A. certified techs and I assure you we have made mistakes before but there is know way we would do anything to the transmission on an oil change.

    I still say something else happened to my car it was drivable when I took it to them they haven't reached out to me every time I call and leave a message no one calls me back I have to go up there just to find out what is going on with my car I talked to ********************* he supposed to call me I left him a message still haven't heard from him and the bad thing is they drove my car several times with no problem even when they did the tune up and oil change from that Saturday to that Monday my car won't start they even said it passed the the clutch was with in acceptable limit so why my car won't move I know something happened all I know now my car want move they couldn't at least call me back I just want my car like it was when I took it up there.

    The **** focus has had numerous manufacture issues with the transmission including clutches. I reiterate again we had no reason to go inside the transmission or do any work on the transmission. Unfortunate timing for the customer and we discounted the repair $800 trying to help.

    I purchases a vehicle in December 2023. I also purchased their Gold Warranty Plan. Two weeks later i discovered that a CD was stuck in the CD player. I contacted the dealership to get it taken care of. They had me take it in, then told me i had to take it to another dealership to get fixed under warranty. When i did that the dealership told me it was not covered under warranty. I have been back and forth with both dealerships and am now getting ignored from the original dealership i purchased it from. I was under the impression that if anything was wrong with the vehicle within the first 90 days the selling dealership would fix the problem. I guess i was wrong since i am still driving around with a truck that randomly plays "wheels on the bus".
