    Beware of this company! Ash & Ember is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. I ordered a teakwood chair, and instead they sent me an iron fireplace grill. They claim that I updated my order for a chair to include this grill. Their claim is ridiculous. First of all, I did NOT update my order. And secondly, since I already have a beautiful gas outdoor fireplace, I would never have any need for their grill. And thirdly, I think their wagon wheel iron grill is extremely ugly and something I would never dream of putting in my ********* any rate, since they falsely insist that I did update my order, I will have to pay for the return shipping, which will be expensive because it's a very heavy iron grill. And additionally, they will charge me a re-stocking fee. I will never do business with Ash & Ember again. In my opinion, it's a very low class business that treats its customers with absolutely no respect. Buyer Beware!

    ******** customer service. The wagon wheel rusted after a view days outside unused. The customer service never responded to my concerns. Buyer be aware before ordering from this company.

    I ordered two teak lounge chairs with optional armrests. Packages arrived without the armrests. I have been trying for two weeks to get *** and Ember to send me the optional armrests that I paid for. They say they shipped the wrong product to me because the *** was wrong on their website. They say they don't have armrests to send me because their products arrive prepackaged. My options are to accept a small refund or send the lounge chairs back. Chairs arrived via ***** freight on a pallet, and were offloaded with a fork lift. They are heavy. *** and Ember "does not have the ability" to send someone to disassemble and repack the chairs. I no longer have the packing material, they will not come apart easily and they will not fit in my car for transport to ****** I ordered the armrests because I want chairs with armrests. What I am being offered is a small refund or a giant hassle. I do not recommend this company.

    Product I purchased was quality built and exactly as described. Price was reasonable, shipping was quick, and I was able to track my delivery all along the way. Ash&Ember is a good that I would highly recommend!

    I ordered 4 chairs and 2 ottomans that arrived very fact unfortunately, 1 chair arrived with inside carton damage that was not noticed when signing for the freight. The company immediately shipped me a new replacement chair immediately and I received overnight. The quality of the chair is superior to all others I found! It is hard to find folding Adirondack chairs and so glad I found this company.

    Titan Great Outdoors surpasses all expectations of a great outdoor experience! We purchased a 48 Fire-pit ring. Its everything we were searching for and more. The quality of metal is great and will last for many many years to come, the price was excellent ..compared with others TGO was half the price. Not to mention their amazing customer support and FREE 2 day delivery!!! Ill be a return customer and will highly recommend them to everyone I know or ever come in contact with.     Purchased 25w stainless steel rotisserie grill really well made grill shipping was fast but was missing a part an still havent received yet after almost 2weeks it ***** that u have to wait this long to receive part cant use grill until I receive other than that I would have given 5stars
