      This company is having people go door to door, trespassing on peoples property to try to convince them that they NEED their services. I have a very clear "no soliciting' sign on my front door, and a salesman for this company rang my door, disturbed my work(I work from home) and was actually quite rude. When I told the individual I am working, he continued to push. He moved to my driveway which is many feet onto my property to say "We are concerned about this area right here you have...." Which MEANS he had to come on to my property to LOOk for those things- which are ants... It's outdoors...EVERYONE has ants! I said, I'm all sett and he STILL tried to continue to push me. I then had to be rude and tell him I was not interested and slam the door on him. It's illegal to solicit sales if a sign is up. I do not go to this company's office and try to make sales for my business or interrupt their work. If this company is going to employ door to door sales people they should properly train them. I'm not sure about taking additional action but it is truly ridiculous that I follow laws and this company can just break it, interrupt my work, and disturb my day. I do not recommend them and I highly recommend to go elsewhere. if they don't respect people they are trying to sell to why would they deliver good services.

      This isn't me regards to any type of pest service other than termite service. We hired Terminix trusting that as a big business they would do the job right. With two jobs to do the first being remove insulation sanitize then replace insulation. This is an attempt to get rid of a sudden rat problem. They messed this up in every way possible including deliberately deceptive practice of not installing any insulation in the furthest reaches of the crawl space. As well as not eradicating the rats prior to doing the removal replacement and sanitation of the crawl space. When we asked to have it redone, I was told a manager would be present and another team would be with the team who did that initially. None of this was true they were going to send the same exact team out. To me that was their second chance. After nearly 5 months of fighting with them (and believe me it's it's nearly impossible to get in contact with anybody higher than the branch who messed up and can't contact the branch directly, have to go through a Nationwide customer service get a different person every time Etc) as well as have credit card company fight for us as well, we finally got that portion of money back $3,800.00. Oh and did I mention that they left the insulation out in the rain and brought them in one by one to the crawl space. Oh great idea installing what insulation on a crawl space. Oh did I also mention they installed the insulation after that side down so it was a major fire hazard The other half of the job was to "close " entry points and eradicate rats. That's job they just plain never came back for. This was $1,200. They set three mouse traps and never called to make another appointment. It is no wonder this business is not listed on the BBB as a trusted business. Very distressful very deceptive. Unable to get a hold of anyone you need to get a hold of. Make it nearly impossible to get your money back. Read the fine print if you ever sign a contract with them.

      I really wish I had read these reviews before contacting them. It seems like it's a little late....I found active termites on the outside of my home and in the yard and decided to contact them.The person responsible for the estimate came to my home, "inspected" and said: "Baits must be used throughout the property; a pest control (chemical) must be applied to the area where the termites were found." Then came the price of $1,700.00 (a sledgehammer to the head), but I was told that it could be paid in 12 installments... Since the person who came was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable, I decided to hire him. My mistake #2, always call 3 or 4 companies for estimates to decide.Two days later, the person who installed the baits came... He placed 21 of them around the house and in less than 30 minutes he knocked on the door for me to sign the document so I asked: Have you applied the termite exterminator chemical yet? To my surprise he said he only came to install the baits. So, I asked him to contact his team because I had found active termites... After a few minutes, he dug trinches in the places where the termites had been found, applied "something" there and I then signed the document and he left.What happened next was the worst: I found active termites in three spots inside the house: On the living room wall; where I made 4 holes and applied termite killer myself; 2 days later termite returned to the pool area and I exterminated them myself and realized that the termites had gained access to the living room floor, where I removed the laminate affected myself, applied the poison and place a new one back;I did all this work myself; I tried to contact them by phone; text message and email. Everything was duly registered and none of these means of communication were even answered.I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The only thing they do - and very well - is charge exorbitant fees with the "talent" of persuasion of their employees.

      This company is a complete joke! Gave them a voided check for a monthly auto payment and the *** didn't even enter it or put in a payment method. Received a bill for balance in full and 1 month late due to *** not entering the payment method. No call no show for when the guy showed up for termite treatment. No return call when a vmail mesg was left to find out what going on. Finally sent someone out and it wasn't a termite guy, it was a man that treat for bed bugs, said he's only treated for termites 2x in the 3 years he was employed there. I told him after laying the bait traps outside that the inside underneath the stairs are supposed to be sprayed, he told me that wasn't on the agenda, leaves then comes back an hour and a half later to treat under the steps because I had to call customer care. I requested a call from a manager and a sales manager called me lol said the voided check was in front of him it will all be taken care of. Days later get an email saying auto pay was set up now. I called to check on it a week later to make sure we don't go 2 months past due because of their ongoing terrible service and the customer service *** had no idea what was going on. Called the previous manager left a vmail and never returned my call. Paid over ******* for bat removal, trying to pay for the termite services monthly but that isn't going to happen so requested a balance in full so we can just be done with them. Over all for bat removal, bat clean up and termite services it would have been over $11,000 but they lost my $8000.00 for clean up. I rather use a different company. I hate to even put a 1 star for this company to be honest.

      5-20-24 i had terminix do complete attic restoration( remove all old insulation due to bat droppings) and put down new insulation, also clean any bat dropping on the attic floor and seal up the attic to prevent any bats to reenter. it is now may ******************************************************* my attic they can not find out how they are entering so they said they would refund my money for the exclusion but not for the insulation and labor. i wanted a full refund to hire a company who can do what they contracted to do. i still have a bat and bat s*** on the floor and insulation, but they said no droppings on the insulation, that is just a lie, i wonder if they are even licened to do this. bats are protected and i dont think they even followed the law. so buyer beware of this *** they do not honor there ************ a senior i feel they broke ther promise and should do a full reund. i so tired of dealing with this company DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY IT IS AWFUL. managers do not call you back they have no local office you can even go to, when you call your talking to someone in tenn. flordia , ******, and i paid then the next day after the job but got past due notices and call that i had to block. and the refund they said they would send would be 4 to 5 weeks , why so long for a partial refund. it should be a full refund, i guess the bat is hous broke and only poops outside not on my insulation ,

      I generally don't write reviews, but this company has been the most frustrating company I've ever dealt with. I've had their service with Terminix for almost six months. In this time, I've had at least 5 appointments that the technicians never showed up to. I schedule, take time off work or personal life, to sit and wait for the time frame I'm given. On at least FIVE times, no one ever showed up. I call to try to see what the problem is, they call the assigned technician, and they never get back to me or show up. I rescheduled, and they may or may not show up. After several time of this happening, I decided I'm going to cancel. I call to try to cancel and I was told I would have to pay an early termination fee. I explained how I do not feel I the company any more money since terminix was the one who is not providing the service we are paying for, and asked to speak to a manager. I was told things were escalated and someone would get back to me. NO ONE EVER did. I called back to check the status. Was told escalation closed my case with no resolution noted. The district manager was messaged, and I was once again assured someone would respond. No one EVER did. Called again after 3 weeks of this silliness. Was told no one can help me cancel except the district manager ( Who refuses to respond to me). I asked to speak to corporate since the district/regional manager would respond, but I was told they do not have that information. I don't see how legal this is and I plan to explore my legal options.

      2 days ago they came out for an initial service inspection to try to obtain my business. I told him I saw wasps in a shed. He inspected found paper wasp nest in sheds and evidence of termites. He suggested that he have someone from their company call me regarding the termites. He then removed the nest and left. Then I got a phone call from the office and spoke to the representative and decided that I would go ahead and do the middle contract that the company offered and it was going to cost me like $55 a month and I had to pay $165 down. Today the termite guy came out. After meeting with him I decided that we need to look at other companies due to it being cost prohibitive. I contacted your office and explained that I would like to cancel the contract that was just signed couple of days previous. The quote that I was given by the representative for the termites was very high. My I decided to go with a different company I don't know which one but I'm going to research I called your office I spoke with a representative named ****** who I explained what I wanted to do and that I needed to get my money refunded for the $165 that I had had just come out of my account and she refused and said that that was the cost of the initial visit my understanding was that the initial visit was a free visit to try to get me to sign on. At any rate a supervisor is supposed to call me back but they have refused to refund my money they have canceled my account and kept my money. I would not go with this company now if they were the last one in the state. Caveat emptor

      We have been with them 9-10years. This year we paid our annual fee but 5 (FIVE) times were told an inspector would come for the annual inspection. Not good fuzzies here...NEVER showed up.When company called, they show we paid annual for *********, but their records are spotty on the inspection. GETTING FRUSTRATED,

      Absolutely Terrible Experience We paid $4,200 for a heat treatment from this company after they told us fumigation wasnt possible due to the condition of our roof. Just two months later, we started seeing swarming termites inside our home a clear sign the infestation was not eliminated.We called them back when we noticed termite droppings. The technician was unreliable first rescheduling, then trying to show up two hours early, and ultimately told us to just clean the area and wait a month. That advice was both unprofessional and ineffective.We requested another treatment and the tech arrived three hours late, only to treat the wrong area which we didnt know until much later.Still seeing termites months later, we hired an outside expert, who immediately pointed out the real problem: the wrong area had been treated and our roof was absolutely suitable for fumigation. This directly contradicted what we were told at the start essentially, we paid thousands for a completely ineffective solution based on incorrect information.Later, we scheduled yet another appointment, but the technician never showed up. When we called, we were told the appointment had been rescheduled without notifying us.Eventually, a supervisor came out and the actual infested area was treated but then told us our warranty had expired, and they wouldnt address the continuing swarming termites. So after a full year, multiple visits, broken appointments, poor communication, and wasted money, we are still dealing with termites.Were now choosing to put our trust and money elsewhere. This company failed to resolve the issue, misled us about our treatment options, and provided unreliable service at every turn. Save yourself the time, stress, and money go with a company that actually stands behind their work.

The initial service was completed 3/12/2024 and a additional service was performed per your request in January 2025. No further request were made until March 2025, which was the expiration of your agreement that you did not renew. Termites are not a one and done treatment. They can and do return yearly, which is why it is important to continue yearly service. Terminix is a company built on values, we serve our customers by providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations. Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us.

      If we had fumigated instead of getting a heat treatment it would have been effective for years. The heat treatment was wrongly pushed on us because it is less effective and we would have to pay yearly. It's an underhanded way to get more money out of customers. The ******************** listed do not include the number of times we called or had inspections where the Terminix representative told us that the live infestation was just residual from the treatment and to just clean the spot and check back in a few months. The idea of us changing our minds about Terminix is laughable. There have been countless opportunities (1 year) to turn this terrible experience around and we were told consistently that Terminix would not treat the swarming termites (we were also told we don't have swarming termites before I caught some in a bag for reference), we cleared our schedule for techs that couldn't be on time, we were hung up on by call representatives that "don't handle scheduling". The scheduling issues, poor communication, and ineffective services have been more than an "inconvenience" and will be what we pass along about this company. Even now after this review was posted, we are bombarded by calls and texts from Terminix where the emphasis is paying more money for a yearly service that doesn't work. It's clear that Terminix does not care about making it right for the customer, only about exploiting their customers for more money. If ********************** cared about customer service they would offer effective solutions, proper training for their employees, and actually listen to their customers instead of making excuses.

      worst company took thousand of dollars from me promising they can get rid of termites they have in internet that they are good with bbb and they are not. i have termites flying and covering my bathroom.l called them and they said cant come out for a couple of months after I told them them that there guy did not treat infested area
