One star is one star too many. Was quoted a bed bug price guaranteed to get rid of the problem within 2-3 visits. Was overcharged and after 4 visits there is still an infestation. They said on the second visit they removed the furniture cushions but they did not. Called them 2 days ago and no response. BEWARE TERMINX IS A ****!!!!!!!!!!!!Terminix

Terminix is the WORST to do business with!!! I reached out to them for squirrels in my attic; they implied they would be able to help, but also insisted I had other rodents inside my house - mice and maybe rats. Not only did they cancel and not perform any service to get rid of the confirmed squirrels, they doped me into signing up for some ********** to remove mice and rats that I never had and am being billed $315 for a subscription I never needed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They use predatory (no pun intended) tactics and contracts to lock you into services you dont need. **************** is awful and unwilling to be reasonable.Terminix

Funny, we paid you all on April 12th, over a grand and no one has still treated our home. My mother is a disabled senior citizen and they took more than her monthly social security and have not treated her home we have made more than **************************************************** 24 to 48 hours...escalated the request so a district manager would call within 24 to 48 hours and a week and a half later no one has called. One of the calls customer service said we had a verified visit scheduled for today. I took off work and at the time of the appointment we both got texts that her service was completed when no one had come. Spent two hours with customer service asking for someone higher than the district manager and was given a non working number. Called back and they even admitted with all of the poor service we probably would not get a call or treatment. State they cannot give a refund without the district manager approval but refuse to give us a number to contact them. Checked the better business bureau page this month alone there are a dozen complaints of people who did not get their service and are experiencing reoccurring charges for services they are not receiving or agreed to. Shame on you terminix for raking advantage of vulnerable people.Terminix

I paid Terminix ten thousand dollars to treat a mice problem we have.They knew we owned a condex and only half yet contributed to tell us they will solve the problem and nothing about the other half of the house.They came out and replaced insulation and sealed some of the outside of the house.We have a larger mice problem now than we did before and have had them come out 5 times with the same thing every time.Your neighbors need to get outside sealed ( while this might be true, again when selling us the service they said they would resolve the issue).There is now mice trails all in my insulation and I spent $10,000 for what?Save yourselves some money and go with anyone else.I have activity coming from my roof and they refuse to go up on my roof( its really tall) to seal everything and do a good job.Very very frustrated with them.Terminix

This company feels like a scam. The inspector never found the termites but since I had seen them in the house he recommended me a treatment that cost me ********. Well they came two times already lousy job that is not done yet. I had to call and call for them to come back and still they did not complete the job. I asked to talk to a manager that cost me lots of calls and text messages for him to finally call me. At this point I think I deserve the money back. So much miscommunication, misinformation about where the termites are in the house, job not completed yet after 2 weeks.Terminix

I wouldn't advise anyone to go with this company! Sales lady **** is a liar for starters. Once they are paid. They don't give a c*** about you! $4000 they charged me and I pd it off within a week I no longer exist to them. And finding a big manager or something is a joke also. I'd go elsewhere.Terminix

Terminix has been back to ck traps. Had a rodent trapped in a closet the service guy came out and said it wasn't in there. Well yes it was! Still no contact from Doni. She sold me this service. Terminix is the worst company we ever had. The technicians never showed up Some manager called to reschedule. They still never showed up. We argue with the lady on the phone about canceling our service and refunding our money. Yall is a terrible company yall need to get it together. We will never ever in our life. Use yall again and yes, we are going to tell people about yall.Terminix

The answering service and the local locations do not communicate with each other. I had called for service and the 866 number people repeatedly told me that they would be coming to service my home 2 days later. I called that day and they confirmed. No one ever came. The following week they came and did the treatments. After they got their money, I became a non concern for them. The local managers were not willing to help me or even listen to my concerns when I tried to speak with them. They ignored my emails and phone calls you never get through to a local person.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Chose another **********************, please. We had a scheduled appointment for 2 fridays ago between 8am-12pm. They never showed. I missed a day of work for this appointment and to this day have not been able to receive an answer as to why they never showed? No phone call, no nothing! Ive called a dozen times between the day of our scheduled appointment and today. Each time, they tell me that the *** in our area is unreachable? Not being able to make an appointment is one thing, a complete disregard for the money I lost by missing out on work is another? My phone number is ************. You will be able to locate my appointment that you all never showed up for using that number. I missed a day of work to be home for that appointment, it cost me $300. Out of curtesy, you could have at least called me to let me know that no one was coming! I tried calling you all repeatedly for days and no one that I talked to could give me an answer. They all just kept saying that somebody would call me back. Nobody ever called. The right thing to do would be to reimburse me the $300 I lost by missing work for an appointment that you never showed up for!
