  I was broken down in ********** in the desert before you get to Deiming I called them and paid $399.00 to come tow me. Two hours later they called and said the tow truck was in an accident and could send a sister company out but I would have to pay another $250.00 I said no! This is a scam! Please b careful with this company. I called National towing also they did the exact same thing wanting a extra $1150.00. I was terrified . I had been out there 5 hours. They didnt care about me in any way or for my safety. I believe that Swift and National are the same people. And Scammers!!!! I did get my money back from them but had to pay a fee. I have never been as frightened as I was that night. Please please beware of this company

  Took 2 hours to arrive. Called at 3am and they arrived at 5am. They sent a third party company when they said they wouldn't and when asked about it after they arrived, they told me that they weren't using a third party service and the driver was on the way, so I was trying to figure out who just did the service, and how to pay, and which services I needed to cancel. Finally after spending like and hour on the phone with several different people I found out that it was the third party company that they sent after all and they finally sent me a receipt like an hour after I asked them to so I could be reimbursed by my insurance. I spent $300 to wait outside my house for 2 hours in the rain while my car was running and wasting gas and filling our caldesac with ****** monoxide after they told me it would only be 15 minutes because there were no other requests at the time because it was the middle of the night. Absolutely ridiculous! For a company that has a very simple business model, they are stunningly incompetent. You're better off smashing your window.

  We completed job and they paid ** . Got a letter in the mail a week later for a chargeback . We are providers and this a Scam roadside assistance.I called hung up on 4 times and the 5th time guy said we have accounts payable but only 1 line coming in so we cant transfer .
