    We took our Semi to this place on 7/19, to fix an AC bracket, they held truck for a week before they let us know that they didnt have the bracket, in stock. On 7/26 we take the bracket in & 3 days later on 7/29 they tell us we can pick up our truck.They give us a bill of $4431.59, for holding our truck for 2 weeks & only to fix a bracket, our truck was just sitting not being worked on the whole time, I speak to the service Manager ********* did deduct $500, even though it was still overkill. Our driver drives the truck, its cutting on & off, & will not go over 45mph. It wasnt this way before we left truck at Crows. We call ***, the Manager let him know whats going on, & he says okay bring it back up here, the truck was back within 30 mins of us taking it. We leave our truck again, after its been 2 weeks, we call Saturday 7/30 asking if they will get to it, the lady is like no because we didnt get a ticket for it, it will be Monday. We call Monday on 8/1, ***** answers and says no I dont think it will be today, we have 5 mechanics out, not our problem but ok.We decided to stop by on 8/2 because we are on week 3 w/o our truck with an expensive bill from them,we are at the desk with ***** asking whats going on, & if they are able to see if its something that they did to cause the issue, of it cutting off and not going over 45mph, she calls to the back gets *****, hes rude through the phone we can hear him say, no we havent, look at ********** can take their s*** with them, she says ** and hangs up, and hands us the keys(no charge). My husband is like no I want it checked out to see if you guys did something, she says they need another day. We called the next day 8/3, ***** gets on the phone rude saying we didnt do anything if you would like a diagnostic and estimate we can do that, and let you know the cost to fix it, we say no we will pick it up, we get there, the guy at desk **** gives us a bill, there shouldnt have been a bill, they made us pay anyway.
