    Took a truck in to look at a APU. No one informed us about a 2hr minimum, for an APU?Their prices are out there, we got his with over $400 for diagnostic. I won't ever recommend that place to anyone, run!

      We do not have a two hour Minimum.  ****** brought her unit in to be diagnosed and a quote for repair once diagnosis had been made.  We promptly pulled unit into shop and began diagnosis. The faulty part is no longer available, therefore the repair requires updated part as well as updated bracketry, ETC.  We created the estimate to repair the issue and presented to the customer.  She elected not to repair.  The charges were for the time involved for diagnosing the issue.  ****** stated that she should not have to pay anything because she elected not to repair.  We explained that the charges are for the time in diagnosing the problem. We actually had more time than the 2 hours billed involved but elected to only charge 2 hours.  At that point she stated that she should not have to pay because she hauls for Fed-Ex.  We explained again that regardless of who the customer is, we charge for time involved in diagnosing an issue and that we were actually charging less than the time spent.  At this point she paid the invoice.

       I have reached out to discuss with ******.  I personally explained again that this is not a "two hour minimum" charge, but rather the labor for diagnosing her issue.  At that point she stated  "I have a call coming in from Fed-Ex and this really doesn't matter anyway" before hanging up.

    Multiple of the staff there stated it's a 2 hour minimum. The statements were made both to myself and to my husband. No one, said we shouldn't pay anything. Over $400 to tell us it needs an alternator is unreasonable, as was their estimate of well over $1200. Another shop priced the repair at $450, which is why we opted not to utilize them.Their diagnostic fee was almost as much as a competitor charged to actually make the ********* problem with them is that no one told anyone about the 2 hour minimum up front and the shop staff repeatedly told us they would not budge on the minimum, despite him having inquired with management, the 2 hour minimum stands. He also explained that TAG has the minimum as well. Fine, that's your policy, but tell folks up front. Deny that if you want but I am not the only person that's been hit with the 2 hour base charge. Frankly if it takes your mechanic that long to find a bad alternator, he needs training and that shouldn't be at customer expense.

    Bought a brand new trailer from Crows thinking it was ready to work. Got it home and there was no tarp system on it. ******** later said it wasnt advertised with a system. Well ***** it wasnt advertised without a system. Would have never bought this trailer if I would have know. Very shady business practice.
