    I normally do not leave reviews. I thought these older and elderly people would actually take ownership of their business, but I guess they are not up for the challenge at their age. My mother recommended to me thinking that they provide a great service but I was cheated out of my money due to a malfunctioning and outdated washer machine. I proceed to contact them but they block me and my mother when confronted about the broken machine. I informed them I would take them to court when I notice they stop communicating for their terrible job. DO NOT TAKE UP A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN NOT HANDLE THE WORK. I will make sure people know the truth about these business. They have many reviews saying the same thing about being ripped off. And for people their age they should be a shame. I hope the lord bless you for the amazing job this company does

    Don't waste your time with this company! my dryer needed repair so I found this repair service online I should check the reviews first. To start you have to leave a message for someone to return your call, and when they do call you back they don't know how to schedule an appointment or speak properly to you. So I scheduled an appointment for my dryer with them and took the day off only to find out that they were closed on the day they scheduled the appointment. I was so furious and the person I spoke to (she sounded like a young unprofessional person) had the nerve to get smart with me and yell at me about their mistake in scheduling on the day the business was closed, but didn't tell me. She was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact I took off the day of repair and not only waited for a call to confirm the appointment but to let me know that someone was en route to the house. A waste of time! only schedule if you like being disappointed!

    My washer needed the suspension rods replaced I googled washer machine **************************** gave me a few options I ended up calling ***** the Mrs. was very professional & nice I let her know what the problem was on Fri. ************** were here Sat. Morning they did such a Great job **************** was also very professional & both had such ********************* Yes!! I will recommend them to my **************** It was a pleasure meeting the JORDANS THANKS & MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU ALL & YOUR BUSINESS

    I had issues with my Amana washer and did an internet search and found ***** Appliances. I gave them a call on 2/22/2022 and they made an appt. for 2/23/2022. They came by at the scheduled appointment time. I loved that they had one masks for *ovid 19 protection, as I have an autoimmune disorder. It was great that I didn't have to ask for them to put on masks. They had the part that was needed on their van. The Actuator was $248.00 to replace, they cleaned behind themselves and called the day after to see how the washer was working. I'd recommend them for repairs to family, friends and to anyone reading this review. It's been seven months and I'm pleased with my repair. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. ** if I need anything else repaired or replaced, I know who to call. They even offer a 30 day warranty on labor & parts. Angel *
