    All of my Titan products have come well packaged, surprisingly quick, with great assembly and care instructions, and in excellent condition. All are of high quality. Titan helped me to build a home gym that I love!

    I purchased a rack dumbbell holders and the pulley system for the rack, all of the metal is good and thick,most of the welds look good as I used to weld trailer frames. Overall the fitness products I received are excellent for the price,but make sure you ordered exactly what you want as they process fast and changing your order even upgrading is almost impossible they get your order pulled very fast, but great products so far

    From my experience, they have replaced at least one piece of equipment that arrived out of shape (out of alignment / not made properly). Recently I had a loading pipe delivered from them that had minimumal rust on the inside. I didn't even bother to email them about it. I just didn't want deal with it and I was not sure it would ever affect the functionality of it. Other than that, most of what I purchased has been in good shape. Bringing up the loading pipe is getting me a little upset. ??. I just thought of emailing them about it

    I have nothing but good things to report. The equipment Titan sells works well for me, the prices are good, the customer service has been helpful when I've needed it, and I continue to buy from them as I have new needs for my home gym.

    Been ordering from Titan Fitness since the beginning of the pandemic and have amassed quite a large home gym collection from them. Ive always found the quality of their equipment to be very high and their customer service to be first class. In those rare instances Ive had an issue and had to reach out to them (actually only once) they have come through quickly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction.
