      My husband and I was one of their 1st customers in need of a whole kit. So, as expected, we had some bumps and errors, but the company saw the potential in selling whole kits so they did everything within their power to make our purchase go smoothly. We now have a beautiful cabin.

      This company said that I would only lose a certain amount if I could not build in New York then when it comes down to getting my money back they take **** *** definitely wasn't the amount I was told. and then as soon as I told them I could not build in New York State crickets on their end of the phone. Took forever to get ahold of someone and then it was the run around for weeks. Do not recommend this company from my experience.

      I don't mind the company, but I did not appreciate it to being misled on the staining of my order. They had me believe that the stain would be on my siding before it's delivered. Then two weeks later I just found out they do not stain the sightings before delivering. It's wrong to mislead the customer when they had hopes that it would be done before the sightings is delivered.
