    Fraudulent company. Took my money for motorcycle class. No refunds. Missed class cause health reasons

    The classes were scheduled for 2 days starting at 7am untill 5pm. We started the first day at 8am because we waited for a late student and then it ended at 1.30pm. Given that there were 11 people and only 2 coaches I got one chance to do each skill and coaching if done wrong just a comment usually rude I had done it wrong, no retakes of each skill because we were rushed so much. Day 2 again started at 8 because the instructors took their time reading and explaining that the test would be immediately after the different skills we were to learn that day, which ended at 12 noon. The test started and ended for all 11 students by 1pm. The lack of training, no retaking of a skill, and the rushed and rude atmosphere lead to my failure. I could never recommend this course to anyone. Go to the DMV for your test and riding, it's cheaper by far and their understanding that your new is accepted.

    Our classes are approximately 10 hours outside (5 hours each day) on the training range and 4 to 5 hours of an at home online student e-course. Part of the 7am to 5pm advertised includes this 4 to 5 hour at home course and the riding time is approximate in case bad weather occurs or other issues beyond our control occur.
    We teach the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Adult Learning curriculum as required by the Tennessee Department of Safety. We also act as a third party tester for the TN DMV and we are required to go by their instructions for the final skills eval for students to pass. It's objective, not subjective. *** ******* wasn't successful on the riding eval but was on the written test.
    We spoke with the coaches in class and several other students who successfully passed the class and who gave positive reviews for their experience and they stated that class started at 7:30 or before on both days. Part of day 1 is filling out paper work which may have made *** ******* feel like class didn't start on time. We did allow a student who was minutes out to join class but it didn't stop the coaches from moving ahead with class.

    wasn't able to successfully complete the final eval and was upset he couldn't repeat it that day but the TN DMV allows us only one try before a student has to come back and either retake class or re try the eval. We understand how emotional it can be when students aren't successful the first time in class and that is why we always offer ways for students to come back a second time to be successful. We offered *** ******* an even more generous retake offer and he refused.
    Sometimes it takes more than one time to successfully complete class. This class isn't a guarantee pass as again, we are contracted with the Tennessee Department of Safety to be a third party tester for the DMV.
    We wish we could have done more to satisfy *** ******* and glad he will be able to go to the DMV and test there. The offer for the retake for him is always available to him in the future should he change his mind.
