    On 6/7/17, I signed a 50-year agreement (see appendix E) with Admiral Custom Roofing to install a new roof with shingles at location ***********************************************. The purpose of this letter is to make a complaint against Admiral Custom Roofing, LLC's business practices related to their services and customer relationships. The problem is that Admiral Custom Roofing will not fix the roof because the company claims that the roof damage did not come from their original installation of the new roof. Therefore, I am writing the complaint hoping that Admiral Custom Roofing will provide me a photo image of the roof after they installed the shingles since I must get another roofing company to repair the roof to avoid further damage to the ceiling utility room when rain (see Appendix D) attached to the document.Sincerely,Dr. ********************* ******, DBA

    To Better Business Bureau,

    The purpose is to keep on file complaint #******** coinciding with this letter so other people know about Admiral Custom Roofing's terrible customer service. Admiral Customer Roofing has more excuses than solutions.

    IM REALLY NOT SURE HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT B/C WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS DATED 6/19/2023 FOR THE AMOUNT OF $350.00.  I THINK THIS WAS SENT BEFORE THE HOMEOWNER REALIZED IT WAS NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE (WHICH EXPIRED 1 YEAR BEFORE) THE **** WAS CAUSED BY THE TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER INSTALLATION.  BUT WE ARE GOING TO GET IT FIXED FOR MRS *****************

    I am rejecting this response because I asked Admiral Roofing to show me images of the roof before installation. A tankless water heater always runs our home, and Admiral Roofing had to install the shingles around the area of the tankless water heater. As I stated before, the company has more excuses than solutions.
