  I have used this company twice now. Each time they have went above and beyond and done exceptional each and every time. Any issue I had they were out at my home right away and taken care of fast! We could not be happier with them!

  Excellent customer service and communication. I highly recommend and will be using ***** and his crew for all of our needs moving forward. We had to have our roof replaced after storm damage and could not have imagined better service.

  We have a 3 year old roof by this company that leaks into our master bedroom. We have tried to get someone out several times over several months, initially when we had snow in our attic this past winter. We have either been stood up or not called back. We had no choice but to call another roofer. ****** recommend this company to others.

  They do not stand behind their work. Their excuse is always leaves. We have had multiple leaks to the interior of our house which they will not take responsibility. This was a high dollar roof.

  I am so sorry you feel that we do not stand behind our work. We strive for excellence in everything we do. We are a Platinum Contractor with ***** CORNING which holds us to a higher standard than other companies. Yes, your home did have a very expensive roof installed, I agree 100%. That is why your roof has a PLATINUM WARRANTY from ***** CORNING. After your roof was installed ***** CORNING (quality assurance department) had an inspector come and inspect your roof for anything that we could have done wrong during installation, and they found nothing. They sent you a letter of approval in March of 2022, stating We are happy to confirm your roof has been professionally installed and is in good condition. When you called and said you had leaks, we came and inspected the issue and found that normal roof maintenance had not been performed on your roof.  We sent you pictures of clogged gutters and leaves holding water in your valleys.  We also saw several areas of the roof where there were piles of leaves holding water. Water will run ANYWHERE to find somewhere to drain if the rain is heavy enough, or it has rained long enough. So, when the water cannot drain from the roof properly, it will find somewhere else to drain,thus creating leaks. ***** the owner informed you that we cannot repair the inside water stains from the leaks under warranty b/c the roof has been neglected of normal homeowner maintenance, which includes keeping your roof free of debris. You said it was not caused by the leaves b/c the stains inside were not where the leaves were located at on your roof. ***** let you know water can go anywhere to drain. You stated that water doesnt run up ************ were going to call in a claim on your roof.  At that point it was the best thing to do since we couldnt reach an agreement. The ***** Corning warranty does not cover homeowner neglect. #9 of things ***** Corning does NOT cover states "ANY DAMAGE DUE TO DEBRIS, RESINS, OR DRIPPINGS FROM FOILAGE" are NOT covered.  You contacted ***** CORNING to file a claim. ***** Corning reached out to us to see if we have been in contact with you about your leak issue.  We let them know the situation and sent them the same pictures.  They spoke with technical leaders, and it was agreed that the cause would be from the debris on the roof. The decision was made by ***** Corning that no repairs were warranted.  With us being Platinum Contractors, we MUST do whatever the warranty **** feels necessary to fix any roof issue if it ends up being our fault.  Im sorry this issue doesnt fall under improper installation or manufacturing defect; therefore, the issue should be corrected by the homeowner. If you ****** can leaves cause my roof to leak? You will see the answers to everything both ***** CORNING and we have been stressing to you.  I would suggest getting the leaves removed quickly before it causes more damage. Im sorry the answers we are providing are not what you are wanting to hear, but this would be the same findings from any reputable roofing company.  With all being said above, We DO stand behind our work along with the manufacturer standing with us. We do and always will take responsibility for anything we do wrong and will go above and beyond to make things right with any unhappy homeowners.
