I have been banking with them for over 30+ years and regret doing so very much! Sadly they have treated me like crap ever since I have become disabled, I have ALWAYS paid all my loans back in a timely manner! Yet when I got down they refused to help me out at all!! And yet I continued to bank with them! And on July 3 of this year 2023 I had a fraudulent charge on my account which took ALL my money even my savings!!! These people DID NOT have permission to take my money yet I am disabled and my disabled daughter takes care of me and has POA over me and when she went to ask them a question about my funds the fraud manger came out in the lobby and got loud with her in front of everyone that was in the bank and I do not appreciate that at all and that is totally unacceptable and not the way you do business!! She should have been taken into a room to have been spoken with!! This bank is so not what I thought it was and I am so disappointed in the service and the way my daughter has been treated throughout this whole ordeal! And I want something done about it!

However, we respect all of our members and work with each of them to provide the best customer service we can, and we will provide them with a private location to discuss their concerns in person when requested. We encourage all members to closely monitor their accounts and report fraudulent transactions promptly, as we are required to follow the rules and processes established by our industry.
