      We were doing a backyard remodel and the covered patio was starting to get small spider cracks in areas and some general water erosion in the concrete. So, we decided to include the patio as part of the remodel. We considered many options, stamped concrete, tile, acrylic lace to match the pool deck. While getting bids for their backyard remodel, one of the contractors suggested considering epoxy. Doing my research I found it should be a specific type of epoxy so it wouldn’t yellow from the hot AZ sun. I got multiple bids and Guardian Garage Floors ended up winning out and earning the job. Their price is very fair for the quality of product being used, and an extra winning factor was the lifetime warranty, which is transferable to a new owner within 15 years. From the first estimate provided by Garrison through to completion of the project, Guardian Garage Floors was always very professional, communicative, and worked very diligently to get our project completed in a very quick manner. I would never hesitate to recommend Guardian Garage Floors.

      The flooring looks great!
      I liked the reminder calls from the office. The guys were right on time and did a great job. Daniel and Jacoby were great, setting up , doing the work and cleaning up when they finished. Thanks for my beautiful patio.

      Truly a five star company, the product is amazing even better than I expected. They answered my inquiry promptly and my salesman was also amazing. He knew his product and explained the process to me plus he didn’t rush me. The pricing was right, I signed that day. Customer service kept me informed and the installation team was on time to do a perfect job and again all were amazing. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t even find something they need to improve on!
