      I purchased a recliner from this company on 11/21/2019 I purchased a insurance coverage on it after explaining I weigh over 300lbs and I have a toddler and I had just been in a auto accident so I would use it as a primary source for seating. I was advised of the insurance policys conditions and that it would be a perfect fit for me by sales associate ********************* I purchased the policy extra which was $79.99 5 yr product protection plan *************************************************************** due to the issues it was torn by the wood on a window seal and I was told one issue at a time had to be reported separately that was policy procedures. After complaining about timeline of reaching back to me returning calls I ask for supervisor ******* who was the point of contact for insurance claims said she was the top no one Aba Ive her and she was not approachable nor willing to explain I actually fussed and called other locations to complain to store owner never heard back from him they called me back ******* to schedule ( inspite of report) she scheduled a visit and they came out said yes the first problem needed to be repaired the mechanics of the chair they scheduled a appointment to fix it but canceled. Sure to repair guy with Covid! Never heard back so I called they rescheduled never heard back no repairs I called to say with all the issues can we not just replaced it YALL have not come to fix it and the other issue I was told by the tech that originally came out was Not repairable so why fix the mechanics of it I explained their own tech said that still it was we will fix that order parts and then address the other ( with attitude) still yet to have my recliner repaired its been months everytime I call ******* is not available! I have a policy not being fulfilled and being avoided I got scammed! Please help me get this resolved asap!

      I purchased a sofa in March, 2022. Even though I live around 10 miles away, they charged me $149.00 for delivery. I didn't agree with it, but went ahead. I've noticed that the sofa cushion is already compressed, as is the cushion on the back of the sofa. For a 6-month old sofa, this is not acceptable. I called the store on 9/14, and they asked me to send pictures. I did, and they said they would get back to me. On 9/26 I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them. They said the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover that, but I could buy another cushion (which is not acceptable to me). I asked if the store offered any sort of recourse and they said no. So I'm stuck with a 6-month-old sofa that looks terrible.

      They offered to get a new cushion to replace the compressed one and some stuffing for the back of the sofa. I'm not happy with that response. The sofa is still poor quality and this issue will continue to arise. A 6-month old sofa should not have this issue. It cost a decent amount of money - it wasn't a "cheap" sofa. I asked for at least some store credit. They said they would consider my request and get back to me, but it didn't sound like they were going to agree.

      We bought a sofa, loveseat, recliner and table in feb 2020 from price point in Madison. We spent the extra 330 dollars on the protection plan because the salesman ***** ***** told us that no matter what happens to the furniture in the next 5 years price point will either fix it or replace it. We told him that we have two small children and a dog and his almost exact words were "your dog could rip this couch to pieces and price point will fix it as long as it happens in the next five years." Well our couch got a couple of tears in it from the dog and kids so we got in touch with price point only to find out that they will not cover the couch because it doesn't look like the tears happened at one single time. My thing is why would you allow your salesman to say that to people but not back it up! The protection plan was the main reason we bought from price point and now we find out that it's just a bunch of lies!
