      It’s such a long horrible story but my daughter purchased almost $5,000 worth of furniture and never received it. We were patient and just kept calling to find out what was happening with it only to keep getting told it had not arrived at the store yet and someone would keep us updated. We never received a call or update even once but we kept calling to check on it. Two months go by and we request a refund but “*****” the manager at the Madison, TN location didn’t even want to hear the full story before he dismissed me and was beyond disrespectful. I reached out to as many contacts and resources I could find to speak with someone that could help us when I received a reply back from “*********” at the Murfreesboro location. She contacted my daughter and ensured her that she would be getting a full refund and could see that we still had not received the furniture and no sign of it coming so there would be a full refund issued. Sadly, it never happened and now after multiple attempts to make contact with her again leaving several messages with employees telling us she will contact us by the end if each day, there has been no return call and no refund in sight after two weeks since speaking with her. So now we are dismissed yet again for asking for someone to just do what is right.

      Tried to call one store and repeatedly got hung up on. Then, called another store to just get some pricing, because there is no pricing on their website. Anyway, the second store put me on hold several times before finally answering the call. I was then told that they could not find the number of what I was looking at on their website and was ask if they could call me back. I said never mind, I will just figure something else out. The lady then just hung up on me. Terrible, terrible customer service.

      I purchased furniture from the Lebanon location. The staff were great. I explained I’m moving with nothing due to a divorce and wanted to buy furniture for my apartment I was moving into. Found everything, paid for it with check and went on. everything gets delivered, damaged coffee table, missing end tables for the living room, wrongfully advertised brand, claimed it was “******” brand and it infact was not, it was ********** (knockoff brand) that was being sold for the name brand price. Oversized chair and ottoman were supposed to be brand new and was not. They sent the store floor model that has been sun bleached from sitting in the direct sun. The bedroom set I wanted was on back order for MONTHS. I tried to refuse the delivery and they told me I couldn’t refuse it . 2 days after delivery my ex husband had an asset freeze on my account in which price point could not get their funds for the furniture. I contacted them immediately asking to return the furniture due to this issue and due to the other issues listed above. The lady told me that’s fine that she would get it scheduled. They never got it scheduled. I expressed that the furniture did not fit like anticipated and she advised that I could return it. Still no pick up scheduled. Now I’m being contacted by a county investigator for a worthless check charge AFTER I tried multiple times to have this furniture returned due to the issue at hand. They want the money & I can not give them that currently. Price points employee Mary was fired from her previous job at ****** warehouse in Mount Juliet for this exact thing and for the mistreatment of her coworkers and customers

      Purchased over $5000 dollars worth of furniture April 2024 at Price Point Furniture in Madison. We purchased a tv council with fire place, tv council came but no fire place insert. We were told by the manager that the sales associate made a mistake on the price even though the contract showed it was suppose to be with it, also we were charged for a warranty of $998.00 that we never asked for or signed for and when i told the manager he told me there was nothing he could do about it. One of our tables was dropped and broken on delivery one of our tv councils they delivered was damaged and still waiting on our free tv. It has now been two months and counting, every time i call they tell me it is still on order and they never call you with updates. One more thing two of our recliners have faulty mechanism and need repair.

      Very friendly staff who didn't pressure me to buy. I asked about clearance,and he showed me the room. Got my furniture delivered that same day.

      Price Point Madison, We went into the store. We seen a couch. I asked if it was a Flex Steel Couch. The salesmen said that it was. It was just called by another name. So, I believed him. We also bought the 5 year extended warranty. We picked the couch up by 12/26/23. By the the Jan.7.2024 the couch was broken. I talked to Chris, the manager. He told me that he would give me a store credit. Then a Savahanna, advised me that I had to have couch fixed first. They came out in 2/7/24. It took until March to get the piece. Then they were going to come and fix it. It finally got fixed 4/17/24. By 5/30/24 it was broken again. Also they said that they don't have to fix it, they fixed it once. And I advised that I had an extended warranty. They said that it was fixed once. I have pictures, text, and video of where I was trying to get this resolved. I wanted to return the couch since it's broken. And I know that I can't get my money back, but they could give me a store credit. This couch should still be under manufactures warranty. I am very disappointed in how we have been treated. I would never buy anything from this store.
