Price Point at Lebanon is the best. Zack followed through on my purchase 100%. Best service I have received from a furniture store in a long time. Will definitely purchase there again and recommend them one hundred percent

I have bought just about every piece of furniture I own from PricePoint, but after today, I will no longer shop there. Schedule delivery was for a day after the snow and they said that the road was a solid sheet of ice and they couldn’t come. I have driven on the road and the temperatures are above freezing, so I know there is no ice on the road. I understand being safe, but we have had no issue. We also got a tv with the furniture purchase but couldn’t pick up until after delivery. We do not live close to Murfreesboro, so it’s not convenient to go pick up the tv. My husband happened to be traveling to Murfreesboro and was going to pick it up. Since they refused delivery, they won’t let us have our tv even though the nondelivery was not our fault. Jim at the Murfreesboro store was rude and did not care about my situation. He couldn’t hang up the phone fast enough. As I stated before, I’ve bought my bedroom suite, dining room table, upstairs sectional, and now living room suite from them. However, after them not caring about our situation, I will not be purchasing from them ever again. I don’t even care about the no delivery. I care that the employee was rude and couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. On top of that, I was in the store two weeks ago because I recommended my in-laws purchase from there. I asked Jim a simple question about my delivery and he was rude then too, so I guess I should have expected it. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have purchased quality items from Price Point for years. I always pick them up myself the day of purchase, but the one time that i need help, I'm not getting it. After 6 attempts for help, phone calls, texts and going to the store, I decided to go this route. Due to my parents having dementia and one with other physical disabilities, I bought a lift bed and a lift chair. I was told if i purchased the insurance that it would cover anything for the chair. I was also told that they have this particular chair in stock all of the time and i could pick it up that day or they would have it delivered the next day to the memory care facility. My mom has recently passed and my dad cannot stand on his own. I was told to scan photos of the broken chair and send them to the store in Madison. It has done absolutely no good at all. I was told if I brought the chair back to them that it would expedite things. (*The insurance, I was told, would cover them picking up the chair, very likely the day that it needed attention). That didn't happen. We delivered the chair back to the store. It has been over a month of trying to get this resolved, we still don't have an answer. Promises to get a call back have not happened. Due to other health issues, we have moved to another facility and he desperately needs this chair. We paid $1500.00 for the chair and it's worthless to us the way it is. It is broken and you have it at your store. I have requested a refund. And no I don't want to wait anymore. What I don't have a lot of with my dad is time. Please do the right thing. ** ******

Very frustrating to trust a business in good faith, give them your business and then have them not stand behind their product.
I have no complaints about the sales staff and their demeanor other than that they GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED the product and the protection plan they were selling.
We shopped both Nashville and Murfreesboro looking for just the right style and color to fit our decor. We were assured by the sales staff at Price Point Furniture that the color (and fading there-of) and any defects would be covered, provided it fell within the dates of the service plan AND that the service plan they offered was one of the best in the industry (yada, yada, yada). We purchased a five year protection plan.
The first thing to fail was the usb on the right. It was covered and the tech told us that we should be careful to not use it regularly b/c it wasn’t intended for this. Then the sides of the cushions started cracking and, after owning it for less than a year, the color began to fade significantly. Now, three years in, the left side mechanism has failed and our piece is stuck in the reclined position. The color is badly faded, the sides of the cushions are cracked and stuffing is coming out in areas and we’re told this is “normal wear and tear”. Not happy!!!
We’re retirees and put quite a bit of thought into investing our hard earned savings into our furnishings in order to have an inviting and welcoming space for us, our family and friends for years to come.
In hindsight, I would’ve chosen to pay more and purchased from a higher end retailer.
Hope this helps someone in the same position make a more informed decision.
