      I paid for my CPAP and was told it was paid in full. I no longer use it & don't want it. I was told I still owe money for it, but I paid for it in full. I'm not going to keep paying for a product I paid for in full & no longer want. I think it's a scam as well as possible fraud to tell me it's paid for & than try to keep charging me.

      ****************** had an estimated out of pocket for his **** machine on 5/15/24 ($274.48) that was paid in full on 6/28/23. The billing for the **** machine was from 6/29/23-2/29/24 and was $341.60 (difference of $67.12). As seen on the signed delivery ticket attached, the amount paid in May was an estimation only. The patient also ordered a new mask during this timeframe that was estimated at $28.10. The actual billing amount was $26.07. Please keep in mind that medical practices can only estimate out of pockets and it seems as if the Tricare estimation tool that was used was off by only $67.12 for the initial **** setup and that the supply order was overestimated by $2.03. The combination of these charges **************) is $93.19. I will call the patient tomorrow and explain this as well.
