  From 2008-2023, to was a patient at sleep centers of middle Tennessee, but all of that came to and end finally one day. When a pulmonologist came into the room. The office staff called him Chet, I believe? I never heard his full name? We’ll call him Chet until we know?
  You see Chet was in a rather foul mood that day, he was very irritated, enraged, overly aggressive, testy indeed, and to say the least accusatory.
  There was no bed side manner to speak of period. Rough shot with a mission, but what kind of mission? Chet immediately launched an all out Spanish Inquisition upon me demanding to know why the CPAP numbers were low on usage on the machine! No answer was good enough for him! Mask problems were considered my fault! Cancer recalls on ******** CPAP machines were my fault, staff failures were my fault, it was all my fault.
  Chet, also threatened me with death!! He said, you will guaranteed DIE, because of this, and your death will be your fault!! You Will Die! And, your death will be on your hands!
  I have been having nightmares over this, I have been talking to my psychiatrist about it.
  I am about to speak to my attorney concerning this.
  Chet, did not want to hear any of the other problems I was experiencing with the office.
  I finally walked out, so I would not have to endure anymore abuse, and mental anguish from Chet.
  Over the years there, I’ve never seen Dr. But once, and never have since, never have seen the same Dr. Twice in a row, or even tech!
  2 expensive machines purchased, 2 expensive sleep studies, tons of tubing, mask etc All with many problems etc!
  They have a total callous disregard for the ******** recall situation for which they profited from.
  If you want to be treated rudely, coldly, harshly, and abused, then look no further.
  Tell Dr N***, Chet chased away his 2008-2023 patient.

  I got there when I was supposed to and rang the buzzer, but no one answered. I called to cancel and they answered the phone and then was rude to me but eventually let me in. Please note I just had knee surgery and I had to stand out in the cold for 20 minutes before I could ever get in. I get in to the room, the first thing the lady said with attitude was I'm not here to help you get off the bed, if you can't do it you might as well go home. I told her to give me a minute and let me try. She was rushing me the whole time, but I was able to get up without her help. Then she wanted to hook me up right away, but that ment I wouldn't be able to get ready for bed. I finally talked her into giving me time to get ready for bed, then she hooked me up. Just as I fall asleep she runs in and says you're not breathing and puts a nose mask on and tells me not to open my mouth. If I wasn't breathing it was because I was to flat. They run the test on how they want you to sleep, not how you normally sleep. I sleep fine though the night and I don't snore. I probably got about an hour sleep and that was it. Next morning I go to take a shower after they take everything off, and they don't provide towels, they told me I couldn't bring any as they would provide them. I had to use my pajamas to dry off. They also said I could not bring my pillows, they gave 2 very flat pillows, I sleep with 13 pillows. I was also sleeping with an angle pillow under the knee I just had surgery, but wasn't able to bring it. So I was sore all night. About a week later I got a call telling me they are sending me a cpap, I canceled it because I didn't get results a few days later I get a text telling me my appointment day and time they didn't call to schedule I canceled because I couldn't get the time off they wanted, they never tried to call back. I was told this would be 100% free and I was charged over $800. They are rude, dishonest not the place you want to be.

  They sold me a recalled cpap ******** machine and its been Almost 2years and still nothing they say I half to deal with manufacturer but ******* didn’t get my money sleep center did over $1000 dollars and I got a machine u can’t use do not deal with this place there a rip off they don’t care if u can breath or not
