    I made a purchase of a super PC/ 6 monitor desk stand (order number ******) on June 2nd in the amount of $******. Was sent a confirmation that this order was received and the money was taken from the ********** of ******* this same day. I have tried to reach them by email (no response) and phone (says number is not in service) and via their website (says site is down for maintenance, been like this for two days but says will be back up in 15 minutes). I would like to either get the item we ordered and paid for, or get a full refund for this item. I feel like this company is committing fraud at this point by not sending products and taking money. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you. ***********

    Hello. I made an inquiry to Super PC about a monitor stand, its availability, and options in March 2022. After some email exchanges with the sales department, I placed an order on/about March 24th, 2022 (Order number ******) with the sales department indicating the order would ship within the next 1-2 weeks. Phone communication was not responded to or available, at e-mail communication was delayed at best (emails responded to indicated that my messages were going into their "SPAM" folder). I received part of the order on April 14th 2022, with no indication of when the rest of the order would ship. The partial order was not usable, so I needed to wait for the rest of the order. On April 14th, I received an incorrect item for my order, and tried to communicate multiple times about this issue with unsatisfactory results (including the vendor suggesting I drill a hole in the existing part to make it work). Another month went by with multiple emails to resolve receiving my correct parts, many of the emails going without response. I email sales, support, and finally on June 3, 2022 e-mailed the returns department requesting a full refund since my order had not been completed in more than 2 months with no communication from the business for nearly a month. I now goto their website to find that it is no longer available (www.multi-monitors.com). I spent $****** with this business, have a series of parts that I can not use as intended, are not what I ordered, and no way to return or resolve with the company since they are non-responsive. At this point I'd like to return what they've sent me for a full refund so I can recuperate the dollars lost and move on to another solution. Please find attached email trails, sent emails, website unavailability, and screenshots of order status. Thank you for any assistance you can provide in resolving my issue with tis company.

    I placed an order with Super PC for a Quad Monitor Workstation 7th Gen ***** Core i5 on 12/14/2021, order#****** for a total of $1434.80. My customer ID*******. In January I contacted the company via email as they will not answer the phone to inquire when the item would ship. I was informed it would ship soon and be "well worth the wait". I have since that time tried to contact them two more time via email and they are not responding. I was charged the $1434.80 on my credit card and have not received any item nor any notification of shipment. I would just like a refund at this time. There is no excuse for not sending a computer ordered and paid for six months ago and I just want to be refunded in full.
