    We never received our order; from 9/22/2021. Our partner received his set, but we NEVER received OURS!! He was also missing stands that were part of the order.
    We emailed over and over again, and it's been over a year, and still tried to work with them due to COVID. They never returned calls or answered their phones. (supposedly they don't have a phone team or anyone to answer their phones) took over a year to receive any product. Unacceptable!

    We went round and round trying to get the remainder of our products and we were told it was shipped NOT TRUE, then they try bribing us with more products, if we didn't report them to the BBB. They are very unprofessional and point-blank liars, they take your money and do produce. As you can see through other complaints this is a common procedure for them. THIS IS FROM THEM: SEE BELOW!~
    This is after we tried for a year to get the remaining products we filed a complaint with our CC company and monies were taken back from them, THEN all of a sudden they start responding and demanding monies to be returned although still NO PRODUCT DELIVERED!

    I sent you an invoice for $2,710.40 to be paid today so we can at least settle the transaction Dispute today.

    This will make everything right. Then we can come to a new agreement if you wish to proceed with the 2nd Computer Shipment. ( WE NEVER RECEIVED ORDER OVER 8 months prior still waiting hence why we took our monies back) then bribe below :
    We will be happy to ship the 2nd computer and you can make the payment for that unit once it is received.
    Once the 2nd computer is received and paid for, we will provide a 3rd Computer system for FREE!

    The minimum is 1 star, or else I'd give zero. My company paid Super PC $7200 for a PC and 12 monitor combo. After two months the products haven't been delivered. They only delivered the monitor stands. They gave me an excuse that it was accidentally marked as complete on their end. Since then, they told me they'd have the product shipped out not long after that. Their reply was sent on 5/26/22. I've emailed many times since then without a reply. I've asked for a refund to our credit card since the product wasn't shipped. No reply or refund yet. This company is obviously fraudulent. Please do not order from them. They will steal your money.
