      Jason, the service manager, fixed it all. I still disagree with the overall pricing and communication. Jason, however, did his best to take care of his customers, and for that, I am very grateful.

      They charged me $1,200 for 4 tpms sensors and $1200 for new brakes and rotors! When I looked up the prices of the exact same sensors, all 4 of them could be purchased for under $30! I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from these piece of trash con artists!

      Terrible experience with service manager Jason T****** If I could give less than one star I would. I have purchased brand new vehicles from them and done service with them for 10 years. They have gone down hill big time. I had a new vehicle have the transmission die on the road and called them about how to transport the vehicle to them. I did exactly what they told me. I paid the towing on the spot and the dealership told me they would reimburse me under warranty circumstances. I had to press them for 10 months to get paid. I had to personally go in to speak with Jason T***** to get paid. In connection to this , they kept my new vehicle for 3 months to fix a clutch. I had a loaner vehicle I took good care of which had prior panel scratches I to photos of to prove the the condition before returning. They tried to claim I scratched it while I used it. They provided me with pictures of the before condition and I was easily able to prove the condition was there before with my photos. Jason T***** was too much of a northeast **** *** to review the evidence and maintained I had done it. I verbally argued and he just dropped it saying he was right but whatever. He just wanted me to get lost. I’m sick of bullies treating southern people as idiots. Never again.

      Had appointment for 930 and didn’t receive vehicle until almost closing. Had a coupon that was considered garbage(it was mailed to me) for 109.00 for rear brakes and final cost was 450.00. No explanation as to why. Informed by staff that making an appointment only guarantees you being able to drop your vehicle off. I had to continuously call for them to tell me that my vehicle has been ready for pick up. Lack of communication places customers (just service department) in horrible positions being out of the loop with cost.

      Sold me a 20202 ***** Colorado for almost 30 thousand dollars just for it to have issues as soon as I purchase it. I have had the vehicle for about 9 months and it has been in there shop for 5 of those months. Why sell a vehicle knowing it has problems.

      READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A Chevy CPO WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER!
      If I could give negative stars, then I would happily do so. This dealer has been a nightmare to work with every step of the way no matter what repair is needed. The tout a "lifetime warranty on the drivetrain and powertrain" on all of their Chevy, but as soon as you bring it in for anything related to that warranty they make it as difficult as possible to make the repair. My truck has currently been sitting at the dealer for over 3 weeks (no loaner vehicle provided) and they have told me that it will still be there for more than a week longer. When you bring your car in for warranty covered repairs, they put you to the back of the line behind everyone else and are extremely lackadaisical with actually completing the repair. This is also the 2nd time that this has happened. My truck has been stuck at this dealer for 3+ weeks a time before as well. You have to blow up their phones just to get someone to answer your call and then once you do speak with someone, they won't even answer your question directly. They repeatedly will just deflect and not directly answer the question.
      This dealer will lie to you every step of the way and never tell you the truth. If management wants to discuss this with me, I will happily speak with them over the phone about it.

      This dealership held on to my truck for a month, stringing me along about transmission and other repairs, and being uncommunicative the whole time. Because of their lack of professionalism, I missed spending the holidays with my family and got stuck at home by myself instead. I wish I wasn't limited to the word count on this platform because I have one very long horror story to tell about dealing with these people for the last month. They ignored me, lied to me, tried to gouge me, gaslit and condescended to me, and made my life a living **** for the last month. Even the other GM dealers in the middle Tennessee area couldn't believe what I was going through with the Murfreesboro dealership when I contacted them to make inquiries and comparisons.
      The Murfreesboro dealership staff have proven themselves to be dishonest, incompetent, and completely unconcerned about customer service. They lie, they gouge, and everything about them says that they have no regard for customers. Despite living in Murfreesboro, I will be driving up to an hour away from now on for my oil changes and other maintenance items at other dealerships. I suggest you save yourself a lot of money and a lot of grief and go absolutely anywhere else besides this dealership to purchase a vehicle and/or pay for service.

      Don’t buy used cars from this ****** dealer. I bought a GMC YUKON XL 2021 car last month4/29, put warranty on it for four years. I called warranty company to order extra key, they denied the claim because dealer sent them a contract that I got a certified car with two keys which is not true. They gave me only one key. They have passenger side mirror scratched, they said didn’t see it, they will order a new one comes white and I have to pay for the black paint. I canceled the warranty and waiting my $4000 for two months now.
      went there, cancelled the warranty and they said money will go back to bank in 6 weeks. they scheduled time to program the second key which they didn't give me. they denied that they said they will fix mirror or any scratch because they sold it as is and I signed a form for them that they Owe me nothing.

      DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER!!!
      Visit #1: Chase (salesman) shows us the inventory and we decide to purchase a 2016 Cadillac Escalade with lifetime powertrain warranty and purchased an additional bumper to bumper warranty. Vehicle was missing a key fob and the visor light was broken. Once the vehicle was purchased we were told in order to get those issues resolved we would have to go through the insurance and pay the deductible.
      Visit #2: My wife left a 1 star review and then they felt compelled to provide a second key fob so we went in to pick it up.
      Visit #3: Went in for an oil change which took 4 HOURS!!! After 4 hours we received our car back and they did not charge us because of how long it took. Upon leaving we noticed our coin and bill ziplock bag was empty. We keep a random amount of coins but an exact $200 in bills at all times for emergencies (gas/food). The coins were at the bottom of the center console and at the bills were all missing. We did not bring this up because we knew they would obviously just deny it.
      Visit #4: We took it in for a coolant leak, malfunctioning sideboard and the visor they originally were supposed to replace. We have bumper to bumper warranty so no need to worry right? WRONG!!! Almost $600 later we receive our car back (which they kept for two whole weeks!) now with a rough idle which was not there when we dropped it off, the sideboard still malfunctioning, the visor not covered under bumper to bumper warranty and physical damage to the front bumper!
      It took two weeks to repair half of the issues and returned it with new issues.
      Visit #5: We take it in soon after now for the rough idle the damage they caused to the bumper and the still malfunctioning sideboard. Jeff (service manager) contacts me to let me know that the tech found nothing wrong with my idle (the rpm’s are erratic on the dash and you can feel it btw) Also he mentioned nothing about the damage.

      Some of their vehicles are marked up $20k over sticker. Price gouging at its finest. To call yourself a reputable dealership you wouldn’t do a $20k markup. Pure greed.
