    My **mplaint is with ************* and the ***************. I thought I bought a shed from ***************. A year later I find out I didn't buy the shed I guess I was only renting it.I made a down payment of 260.00$ and for a year I made payments of 150.00$ to ***************. For a shed that was already repoed once. after the year of payment to Hickory shed then I received a letter from CB rental ** telling me I was no longer able to make my payment to Hickory shed I was to make my payment to CB rental ** instead so I made my payment to them for 3 or 4 months not realizing what was going on and I still don't know what is going on. in April the cb rental ** sent someone to repo the shed without notice and all this time I never received any kind of billing invoice or anything from either **mpany so when they showed up to take it there's a lot of things in the way so they wanted me to move all the stuff I'm disabled not able to so they left without the shed and now I received papers threatening me with a lawsuit they want me to pay 3330.00$ and give the shed to them I don't have that kind of money and the stuff is still in the way

    We suggest that our customer review the Lease-Purchase Agreement and Disclosure Statement she signed on April 6, 2023, in which CB Rentals, LLC is noted as the heading of the document, indicating with whom she entered said Agreement.  All terms and details regarding the rental account are contained within, and it will be clear that CB Rentals, LLC is administering the Agreement as written. We are always available, during regular business hours, to answer questions directly and will be glad to speak with the customer should she wish to contact us.

    This company used a monthly payment and applied it to late fees, when questioned about applying a monthly payment to late fees and asked for an account breakdown and copy of contract this company then sent a repo driver to my home to collect the item which I was forced to pay an additional payment,driver fees, and miscellanous fees. I still have not received the contract or breakdown of fees

    We sent the requested agreement to the customer on 10/13/23. We'll gladly resend the agreement if needed. The agreement is being administered as written and executed by the customer, but we are happy to discuss the account further to provide any needed clarification.
